Today, we are welcoming Rafael Oliveira to our team! ✨ With 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, Rafael has worked with renowned companies such as Ford, Scania, Volvo Group Trucks and Mercedes. He is a specialist in the design of mechanical components for the automotive sector. For the past five years, Rafael has been at Einride. There, among other things, he led the team responsible for the mechanical and electrical integration of hardware related to autonomous driving systems. Two quick questions for Rafael: What excites you about your career choice? I enjoy creating new products to solve different problems. Ensuring all components fit perfectly into a system and deliver the expected results is both challenging and rewarding. Why did you choose to join us? I am drawn to new technology. I want to be part of the development stage you’re in and contribute while also learning from the process.
