In our ongoing commitment to enhancing #WorkplaceWellBeing, we've just completed a series of impactful workshops designed to foster healthier and more fulfilling work lives. 🔹 We kicked off with a session by Sonja Priscan, a health coach dedicated to raising awareness about holistic health. Her workshop, 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥: 𝘈𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨, explored the interconnected concepts of #wellbeing, #wellness, and health, providing practical tools and strategies for improving overall wellness. 🔹 Ivana Stulic, an expert in #PositivePsychology, followed with sessions on the power of optimism and addressing stress and burnout. Ivana highlighted how our outlook – whether optimist, pessimist, or realist – shapes our lives and work, and shared tips on building resilience and fostering a healthy #workculture. She also inspired us to reflect on how to align our goals and values in her session 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 (𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦). 🔹 We were also privileged to learn from Sandro Venier, a renowned physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, in his workshop 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯-𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦. Sandro shared valuable insights into the factors influencing pain and health, along with practical tips to reduce the risk of illness, pain, and injury, helping us take proactive steps toward better well-being. AI Weekend was so smart, we’re pretty sure even the coffee machine learned our preferences by day two. ☕🤖 From demystifying AI to diving deep into its potential, the first edition of this conference was nothing short of inspiring. Plus, it was set against the stunning backdrop of our coastal gem, Rovinj. Congrats to CroAI (Croatian AI Association) for organizing the first edition of what we’re sure will be an annual highlight in the tech world. Last Friday, despite heavy rain, 18 of our brave Visage Technologies runners took on the B2Run Croatia challenge in Zagreb once again. 💪 Some even set personal records, but the real highlight is our amazing women's trio who secured 3rd place in the mid-sized companies’ category! 🥳 👏 But #B2Run is more than just covering the distance – it’s about showing up, supporting each other, and enjoying some time together outside the office.
