    We’re honored to receive the “Youth and Education” SDG award from the German Senate of Economy and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). This recognition reflects the impact of our training programs, which have helped more than 8,000 students in Ethiopia, Zambia, Morocco and DRC graduate as heavy-duty mechanics and commercial drivers. Six months after completing their training, over 80% of these graduates are employed. By offering specialized education, we’re helping young people build the skills they need to succeed, strengthening local communities, and meeting industry needs.   • Varberg Energi, Ferroamp and Volvo Penta are exploring how boat batteries could support the electrical grid through Boat-to-Grid (B2G) technology. As a first step in the testing, a proof of concept has been carried out. As many leisure boats are stored on land during the winter season, the batteries of hybrid and electric boats have the potential to become a valuable resource for supporting the grid in the future. The aim of this demo is to explore, learn, and test how this technology could contribute to accelerating marine leisure electrification in the long term.
