Chief Executive Officer

1. Background for the position

Quantum Enabling Technologies AB (QET) is an innovative spin-off company originating from Chalmers University of Technology, situated in the vibrant city of Gothenburg, Sweden. The company specializes in commercializing cutting-edge technology for superconducting quantum computers. We enable this progress by developing superconducting microwave components intended for quantum technology and microwave technology.

2. Roles and responsibilities

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) your key responsibilities include making major business decisions, driving the workforce and resources of a company toward strategic goals, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and business operations. You will also serve as the public face of the company.

3. Desired skills and background of the person

3.1 Educational level

Minimum a master in business and administration, economics, entrepreneurship, or similar.

3.2 Experience

Must

· Fluent in Swedish and English

· Relevant experience in administration a leadership

· Experience from sales and partnership management

· Experience from fund raising

· Experience from technical start-up companies, as an operative owner and/or from a leading operative role.

Merit

· Engineering background in electronics

· Acquainted with Swedish law and taxing regulations
