Salary: 54,166 SEK - 79,166 SEK per month (depending on experience)

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a Scrum team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
