There's something magical about a recipe that takes you back to the warmth of your childhood and for me, that’s my mum’s Macaroni Cheese which holds a special place in my heart with its secret recipe of a tin of Campbell’s condensed soup! Simple, creamy, and oh-so-comforting. Whether it was the golden, bubbling cheese crust or the perfectly creamy sauce that kept me coming back for more, this dish is a reminder of the power of food to create memories. Today, I’m revisiting this classic with a twist—adding a squirt of our Lion Hot Piri Piri Sauce and a handful of crispy breadcrumbs for extra texture and hotness.
