I don’t recommend this hotel , it not worth for money which you paid , you easy get many around better hotel around , be honest , room has a dump smell , all nights no heater cold enough then outdoor , morning no hot water , wait someone come to fix , delay for my trip bus , come to complaint to reception, even not apology, just seems like to say ＜ So What ＞ . Don’t know how they got they 4* , worst then 3

For stay it’s fine close the train station by walk 5 mins

Шаговая доступность от вокзала. Отель чистый, аккуратный. Есть внутренний дворик для перекура и красивый холл - гостиная. Номера стандарт небольшие, но интересно скомпонованные. Мы жили на мансардном этаже, с пульта открывалось потолочное окно. Здорово. Душ ванна туалет - норм. Читал сам в отзывах, подтверждаю: Трамвай с улицы - правда слышно, но если вы гуляли целый день, то его шум вечером не особенного напрягает. Кажется в 23.00 они вообще перестают ходить. Завтрак приемлемый: омлет, яйца, сосиски, бекон, нарезка мяса и сыров. Фрукты 3-4 вида, мюсли, круассаны разных видов, пирожные, соки. Кофе машина работают, там кофе вкуснее чем в кувшинах. Персонал - дружелюбный. Все что просили - помогали. Уборка в номере - с утра быстро, пока ходили на завтрак - номер уже в идеале. Рекомендуем.

在炎熱的佛羅倫薩，這個房間的空調一點兒都不製冷，感覺只有空調口那裡有一點涼風，房間的其他地方是一點兒涼意都沒有，晚上熱得根本睡不着。三人房是三張單人床，房間挺小的。離主火車站幾分鐘路程。前台服務人員中，有一個精神小夥兒服務還可以，另外一個年紀大點兒態度很不耐煩，不友好。總之夏天不推薦，太熱了。

房間有尿味，沒有電梯，晚上所有通道及樓梯並沒有照明系統，提供的早餐不是自己酒店本身的，只給你代用券到外面的餐廳使用，服務台長期沒有人，下午四時後便收工。根本不是什麼酒店，出入口在垃圾房旁邊，有大量黑人聚集，感覺上很不安全

這個房間很大很乾凈很舒適，兩個洗手間，套間，可以住四個人，離火車站特別近

We were greeted with a warm, patient smile of Federico, after a long and delayed flight....it was nice to see. He promptly allocated us our rooms with a warm welcome smile. He was very efficient and yet very patient with us. The following day we were greeted by lovely Martine, my husband asked her best shopping areas to go to and general questions...very very helpful. I am very happy to say undeniably both front desk reception were both welcoming, delightful,helpful as well as meticulous. Always aware and ready to assist. I was seated in reception on two very different days/night whilst waiting for my family, observing their interactions with other guests - delightful! This was my second stay at this particular hotel despite several visits to Firenze - it was always booked on my required days. Hotel Embassy was very clean ++, decor ++ staff++location ++ for places we wanted to visit. We found it pleasantly quiet, (yes - could hear the train/ tram - which I know may sound crazy but I loved it. It's not loud like our London trains.....infact it soothe me to sleep). I am so sorry not to have got the kitchen staff name during our stay 12th - 15th Dec. We were greeted by her beautiful smile. She kept our Lattes and chocolate flowing 😋 Thank you. The breakfast areas very clean and orderly. She ran a tight ship down there!!!! The breakfast selections were ample. Very quick with getting the table ready for the next guests. I cannot fault this hotel and staffs we met during our stay. It's a very resounding 5* review from me for sure. We are so looking forward to next year- hopefully we will be able to get 3 rooms🤣 Again thank you....see you next year!!!!

The hotel is pristine and well kept, everything was so elegant and it gives you a perfect Italian vibe. The staff has been helpful and very nice to us, also suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. They made us feel at home. The location is fantastic, very close to the central station and few mins walk from all the main attractions in a very nice and walkable area. Really recommended, especially if you plan to travel around Italy by train given the proximity to the station.

I had a great time during my stay at Hotel Embassy. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. And the hotel is nice and had all that I needed for a perfect stay. But the best feature for me has to be location: right in the centre of Florence, close to all the main touristic attractions. I will definitely stay at Hotel Embassy again for my next holiday in Florence

I booked Hotel Embassy on behalf of my parents who were travelling Italy for 2 weeks. Prior to their stay the hotel was very communitive/helpful but did respond. Upon their arrival they were aware that they had to pay for parking but found it cheeky that it was parking within the hotel and not external. They both advised me that the staff came across stern and not friendly, overall, the **** this hotel has wasn’t justifiable.

I was promised a room with 4 beds. The room only has three beds. When I showed the front desk my confirmation of a room with 4 beds they told me the room I reserved wasn’t available. I asked for a second room and was told they are sold out. I am traveling with four adults and we do not fit comfortably in the room. The room is too small, too old and too warm to be enjoyable. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The hotel looks beautiful on line. It is old and dated in real life.

HOTEL EMBASSY FLORENCE 4 stars Room 501 Ground floor- back building. I’m not sure who gives a hotel its stars but I’m assuming this one has given them too itself! This hotel is not remotely a 4 star hotel. I would say 2 at best and that’s probably being generous! What I booked to what we received was 2 very different rooms. Apparently recently renovated, okay rooms were clean, but there was about 2 foot all around the bed very small squashed and cramped room. The bathroom was not new. Gentleman that checked us in said…nice quiet room…he’s obviously never spent the night in there! $25€ pn to park onsite No real concierge. For the amount of money we paid per night I expected much more from this hotel. I expect a lot more from a 4 star hotel that for sure. *BED- 1/5…I don think Hercules would even sleep on it…Rock hard, and the perfect height if I was cut off at the knees! Pillow topper was put on for the 2nd night better, but not much. *PILLOWS - 2/5…no substance at all *FOOD - 3/5 …Typical European breakfast but not a huge selection…quite bland and boring. Ended up eating out the 2nd morning. NO Restaurant onsite. AMENITIES- 2/5 …Basic shampoo and body wash, Some sugar, a couple of cheap tea bags, 2 coffee sachets, 1 powdered skim milk, NO milk. No spoons and Paper cups! No water. SERVICE- 4/5 PROS- * Close to the train staton and the town Center. * Plenty of restaurant close by. Great steak house around the corner! * Friendly staff, lady tried to fixed the bed situation but it was really beyond help. CONS- * The second anybody arrived in the foyer, and spoked at normal voice level, it echoed horrendously through the whole building. We could just hear the trams…a gentle thudding through the floor, but it was not so bad…but the noise of the voices and the lift was pretty bad, late at night and early in the morning. So you could just imagine the sound of a group returning after a few drinks late at night. No sleep had! I think i managed about 5 hours over 2 nights! * Fan in bathroom made a terrible noise after a while. * Shower gets water everywhere. * the position of the bidet rendered it fairly useless. * Very squashed and camped room not what’s advertised. Would I recommend? - NO Would I stay here again? - Absolutely not! Total overall 2/5, 1 is purely for the location. It sure doesn’t live up to its name or stars!
