Gönül rahatlığı ile gidebilirsiniz. ***et temiz ve konforlu. Deniz dalmak için şahane. Havuz biraz soğuk( Ocak ayında gittim) yılbaşı programı çok iyiydi. 2. kat Temizlik görevlisi Abdullah, Havuz bardaki Kameel, Bardaki Mahmood'a özel olarak teşekkür etmek isterim. Animatörler de ***et başarılıydı. Yemekler lezetli otel temiz.
Otel genel anlamıyla güzel. Manzarası ve konumu cennetten bir yer gibi,,, Yemekler idare eder, daha iyi olabilirdi. Otel çalışanları güleryüzle ve ilgiyle davrandılar. Sharmın geneline bakacak olursak insanlar problemli , Taksi , alışveriş bunlar baya problemli tekrar geleceğiz 🙏
We stayed during late November this year for my wife's birthday. Absolutely lovely staff. Couldn't fault them. Food was really nice , would always find something to eat , breakfasts wre my favourite as chef was cooking anything with eggs, fried/scrambled I always opted for omelette . Always gave staff a small tip , and they were always looking after us. A small tip always goes far with them. Hotel is really clean , clean towels every day too. Room cleaner saw wife's birthday cards on the side in the room , next day a cake and birthday card from the hotel. A nice touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel , a great memory made here.

Good hotel but not the best, location is a little far from nama bay, beach had lots of stones, not too safe for kids,room is spacious and Mohammed from roomservice was amazing always helpful, food is average, restaurant staff is amazing especially Ahmed Reyad and Viola they make me and my husband feel great everytime we see them and they're alway smiling, Sama the receptionist is amazing did everything to make us comfortable, massage was OK Asma did a great relaxing massage but the spa was awful jacuzzi was cold and expensive, Wanees is such a great bartender at the pool area, Ibram from the Italian restaurant was great, Ibrahim the lifeguard at the pool area was great too and finally Bella from the animation team was amazing always smiling and helpful.

This is an update to my previous review which has been deleted. Basically we had to complain about the staff in the dining area, we had to ask three times for cutlery, which covers in a plastic bag! We had other issues too but to be fair the hotel and all the managers spoke to us and it was sorted. However, a couple of hygiene matters really need to be sorted out.... The bar staff, both at the beach, pool and lobby, put lemon in your drink with their hands when surely they ought to be using tongs. I appreciate they seem to be training bar staff but to be asked about 3 or 4 times what we wanted, it's as if they are not listening. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. Thank you to our cleaner who was allocated the 5th floor rooms. The balconies are massive and all look out to the beautiful sea views. The food was quite good, we found something every meal time. The Italian restaurant was good. The beach and pool area is very clean. The sunbeds on the beach could do with being refurbished as a few of them were broken and had seen better days. Many of the beach bar/eateries had not been used for years and some of the photos on the EasyJet website are well out of date! You can get in the sea via a walkway, which is a must. Wonderful to do swimming or snorkeling. Big thank you to Violet, the lovely lady greeting us as we went into the restaurant. Thanks to Kameel for looking after us. To the lovely towel man on the beach, funny and happy chap. Big clean beach towels every day. I don't think we would come back to this hotel again as it wasn't for us. Merry Christmas and the decorations look lovely.

the hotel chauffeur collection from airport was warm and friendly, As first timers to Egypt Amr, the chauffeur, was awesome he put both myself and my wife at ease immediately. On arrival we were greeted warmly and were brought to our room in no time. The housekeeper Elsayed had prepared the room beautifully. His team were attentive with a nothing too much trouble attitude. The food was delicious and room service excellent. I particularly recommend the lamb dish served in the Portofino restaurant. Ibram and his team were friendly and created an excellent ambiance. Whilst perhaps the rooms are a little tired, it was not an issue as the housekeeping is first class and the whole resort including the beach is kept spotlessly clean.
