Congratulations to Applied Materials on the launch of the Equipment and Process Innovation and Commercialisation (EPIC) Advanced Packaging Platform in Singapore. This is a new collaborative platform for semiconductor manufacturers, system companies, startups, suppliers and universities to co-innovate and develop new materials, architectures and technologies. The launch is also a significant investment that will reinforce Singapore’s position as a research and innovation hub, deepen our R&D capabilities, and benefit our local semiconductor ecosystem. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our EPIC Advanced Packaging platform in Singapore—a new collaborative platform for customers and partners to accelerate innovation and commercialization of cutting-edge solutions for the #AI era!   Designed to be a catalyst for collaboration, the EPIC Advanced Packaging platform brings together all the essential components to expedite the adoption of advanced wafer-level packaging solutions, from design concepts to production. Building on our Advanced Packaging Development Center, this expanded platform focuses on: 💡An expanded collaboration arena for partners and customers 💡Housing materials vendors, system companies, universities, and research institutions 💡Furthering the success of the decade-long collaboration between Applied Materials and A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research's Institute of Microelectronics.   These advancements are made possible by the continued support of the Singapore government, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research and National Research Foundation Singapore.
