    People around me have always told me “Kannan, You worry too much!”. It got worse after I started the business —> I call it “The CEO paranoia” - There are just so many things to be paranoid about. I felt assured after reading “Only the Paranoid Survive" written by Andrew S. Grove, co-founder and former CEO of Intel, that I’m not alone and it is also not a bad thing. Grove argues that the only way for companies to survive and thrive is to be constantly on the lookout for potential threats and opportunities, questioning assumptions and testing new ideas. This requires a mindset of "constructive paranoia." Now I have got a mission to instil this “paranoia” mindset in Avvanzers as well. I know it sounds counterintuitive - Making others paranoid too? 😂😂 But it’s essential for success.
