CaringSG held our first mental wellness talk titled Caring for Caregivers: Support and Self-Care with the Healing Journal with caregivers and friends from UBS on 18 October 2024. Speaker Edwin T. and journal author Julia C. conducted the talk which highlighted useful caregiving resources and helplines, together with workshop activities to build a personalised emotional toolkit, discover one's support ecosystem, and learn how to set boundaries. The Q&A provided participants an avenue to ask questions and discuss the influence of different cultures on caregiver health and wellness.
