Cranemaster's shock absorbers effectively absorb these shock loads, protecting cranes and rigging from potential damage. ✅ Heave Compensators Minimizes vertical motion and dynamic loads during offshore lifting operations, enabling smooth, controlled lifts, enhancing safety, and extending weather windows for increased vessel operability. Project Update: Precision Monopile Removal for Jumbo Maritime 🚧 We are excited to share that Cranemaster successfully played a crucial role in the safe removal of two misaligned monopiles during installation for our client, Jumbo Maritime. By applying approximately 10 tons of tension, our equipment ensured: 🌊 Secure Rigging: Rigging remained tight and stable, even in strong currents, eliminating any risk of entanglement with the cutting tool. 🌊 Controlled Cuts: Sections stayed steady and didn’t shift, enabling a smooth and safe removal process. This project highlights the strength of our collaboration with Jumbo Maritime and marks another successful mission for our team! 💪

Cranemaster Supports Heerema Marine Contractors on EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG's He Dreiht Wind Farm Project 🔧🌊 Cranemaster is proud to announce the successful collaboration with Heerema Marine Contractors in the installation of 64 monopile foundations for EnBW's 960 MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm in the German North Sea. Using their impressive semi-submersible crane vessel Thialf, Heerema is driving the 70-meter-long monopiles into the seabed. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, Cranemaster’s advanced products are being used to manage the safe lifting and installation of these heavy components. Our on-site specialist, Saamund, has been providing critical training to Heerema’s team to ensure optimal use of our products, helping to enhance safety and performance. This collaboration highlights both Cranemaster and Heerema’s shared commitment to innovation, safety, and excellence in offshore wind energy. Together, we’re contributing to the future of sustainable energy, with the He Dreiht wind farm set to provide clean energy to over 1.1 million households once operational.
