  • Mahakumbh 2025, the world’s largest religious gathering, is drawing millions to Prayagraj. This melting pot of culture and commerce is now witnessing brands seizing the moment and leveraging this time to carve their presence amidst the sea of spirituality. As tradition meets innovation, the Mahakumbh isn’t just a religious spectacle, it’s a testament to how deeply woven marketing is into the fabric of every monumental event. Wondering what we’re talking about? Amidst the crowd in Mahakumbh, various brands emerged as a solace for the devotees and attendees while proving the reason they are the talk of the town. Here’s appreciating a few such brands: 1) Amazon - Amazon stole our hearts when it converted its delivery packages into upcycled beds for many devotees who had no space to sleep. An innovative initiative with the tagline “Dibbon Se Badhkar” made the best of sustainability to provide comfort to customers. 2) PepsiCo - The leading brand, PepsiCo also took charge through its brands where a 30-foot-tall mountain dew lit up the area for better navigation and the brand sting extended 500 charging points along with its associations with electric vehicles for a sustainable travel for pilgrims. 3) Eveready - The brand took to lighting up the area by providing 5,000 Siren Torches (DL102) with powerful safety alarms for the police and illuminating ways for the attendees. 4) Blinkit - Customer’s beloved stepped ahead to open up a temporary store and lived up to expectations. With all kinds of products like pooja items, food, fruits, vegetables, electronics, home goods and more, it leveraged the perfect time to deliver exactly when the customer required the said item. 5) Chai Point - An entrepreneurial venture stole eyes with its initiative to serve millions of devotees with tea made by state of the art robots. Professor Tarun Khanna, from Harvard Business School praised their aim and mentioned it as a “Traditional chai married with modern technology.” 6) Paytm - The brand stepped in to encourage cashless payment and hassle-free experience for attendees by setting up soundboxes and card machines. They have also launched “Bhavya Mahakumbh QR” in support of the merchants. Many such brands and even entrepreneurs are making their way in the event. Take, for instance, a young entrepreneur who pocketed an impressive ₹40,000–₹50,000 in just a few days simply by selling humble neem tooth sticks, all sparked by a brilliant idea from his girlfriend. This goes to showcase the incredible rise of innovation-driven India that is all set to take the world by a storm, one great idea at a time.
