Last Friday, we hosted a fantastic health program that truly reflects our commitment to the health and well-being of our team at DLE M&E Pte Ltd! A big thank you to our agent, 朱俊辉 Kelvyn Choo from GREAT EASTERN, for coordinating the complimentary health screening by ATA Medical (Singapore) and other beneficial health activities. We also had TCM massages from Joyre Group and spinal screening from Aspine Wellness, all of which received a great response from our staff. 🌟 Celebrating our Team: Annual Site Workers' Party & Mental Health Talk! 🌟 At DLE M&E Pte Ltd, we believe in nurturing a positive workplace culture that supports both professional growth and personal well-being. On the last Monday evening, we had the pleasure of hosting our Annual Site Workers' Party, where our hardworking team came together for an evening filled with fun and camaraderie. We hope everyone had a fantastic time! In line with World Mental Health Day approaching on 10th October, we seized the opportunity to conduct a special Mental Health Talk on "Building Positive Relationships at the Workplace." Our focus was on conflict management strategies, fostering healthy communication, and promoting well-being among our valued employees. The event featured engaging carnival games with cash prizes and a photo booth where memories were captured and cherished. It was truly heartwarming to see our team unwind, bond, and take away valuable insights that will benefit our work environment positively. We had the honour of hosting our first Company Visit for SIT students yesterday, where we explored exciting topics such as an overview of the Construction Industry and Value Chain, bringing BIM technology to life, and DLE’s ESG framework. The personal sharings from our colleagues and SIT alumni were especially heartfelt and relatable, offering students valuable insights into real-world experiences.
