It is our pleasure to have been part of such a great show and community!
As the year winds down, we often reflect on where we are. I'm proud of my various teams. Especially the B2C team* that bravely pivoted one of our four Tech Shows to focus on gaming and esports. To ensure each are sufficiently differentiated, and to enable the youths forge memories at offline, "live" events and interact with others (iso shopping online only), we took #TheTechShow (#TTS) and partnered Singapore Cybersports and Online Gaming Association to organise the inaugural Stellar Esports Cup for secondary school kids (the awesome #WestSpringSecondary came in top two!) and semi-professionals. Appreciate the partnership by Dennis Ooi, Frank Yong, and the amazingly talented Chi Jiong Choong (aka Kuroshi) - we look forward to a longer-term partnership including the promotion of awareness for safety for online gaming and bring onboard other stakeholders including Sport Singapore, National Youth Council Singapore. A big thank you to our customers Hinomi, OSIM, Secretlab, Aftershock PC, Singtel, StarHub, PRISM+, TTRacing, ULTi among many others, especially Dreamcore (WeiZhong Kwan and Eugene Lim) for bringing Paper Rex on board - the hundreds of fans who queued to meet with #Jinggg and #Spicyuuu - reflected the strong support the Singapore-based team enjoys on home ground. (We also heard you - we are returning to Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in 2025 for all our shows.) We will share more of our future plans when we meet on Wed evening along with two of our partners Searix (Lance Li Sheng, CEO at Searix, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ESCMC) and Chronos Agency (Joshua Chin) at Employees Only. Special thanks to Logitech (Edward Yeo, Corrine Yong) and Acer (Li Shi Chia) for joining us at #TTS. Together, we can do so much more for the gaming/esports community and youths and collectively grow the sector in Singapore.
