Last week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the team to celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year over a fantastic lunch. We gathered at a local restaurant to enjoy the traditional "Lo Hei" or prosperity toss - a custom where you throw the ingredients high into the air as you call out wishes for wealth, health, and success. The higher the toss, the more abundance and prosperity it symbolises (and yes, it got messy, but all in good fun!).
