🌟 Celebrating Heroism on EDrill-T16! 🌟 We are incredibly proud to share a remarkable story about one of our team members on the Energy Drilling Management Pte Ltd-T16 rig. Our Crisis24 medic recently made headlines for saving a life while off duty. On his way to work, traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu, he encountered an emergency at KL Airport. An elderly man collapsed, and without hesitation, Mohamad Hafiy Yahaya stepped in to perform CPR. His quick thinking and expertise kept the man alive until emergency services arrived. The story doesn’t end there! The elderly man, now recovering well, reached out via video call to personally thank our medic during his shift on the rig. This heartwarming moment has touches all of us and serves as a powerful reminder of the difference we can make in people’s lives. This act of selflessness exemplifies the values we hold dear: professionalism, compassion, and dedication, both on and off the job. 🚀 Exciting News from Energy Drilling! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce that Energy Drilling Pte Ltd has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to combine with SeaBird Exploration Plc, a leading provider of marine seismic acquisition services.   This strategic share-for-share acquisition will create a diversified offshore oil and gas services provider with robust cash flows and significant capacity for near-term shareholder distributions.   The combined company will remain listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with Energy Drilling shareholders owning 89% of the combined company. The listed company will be rebranded, while Energy Drilling will continue to operate under its established name, as we focus on maintaining continuity for our clients and partners and delivering the same high-quality services   The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q2 this year.
