About us
The idea of setting up Exquisite Perspective Pte Ltd was mooted as Exquisite Connection Pte Ltd was slowly establishing a reputation as a key Human Resource Business Partner to many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) seeking an external boost to their existing capabilities. We realised through our work that for positive change to be sustained, a critical ingredient was to address the ‘human side’ of organisational development, other than streamlining of processes. However, despite proclaiming that human capital is the most important element of an organisation’s success, many companies lacked information about the human dynamics within the company. Thus, Exquisite Perspective was incorporated to focus on the following: Offering a company new perspectives about its employees, through employee satisfaction surveys and psychometric profiling to know what drives its employees, so that we can Empower Change. Offering departments perspectives about team members through psychometric profiling and facilitating meaningful conversations, so that we can Enhance Relationships. Offering individual staff perspectives about their personal growth, and helping them to develop an awareness about how new knowledge can help them personally, so that we can Enrich Minds.
