After meeting Regina at an insurance event, Varun was intrigued by the firm's approach in helping people plan their legacies and make a real difference. After years of experimentation, Immortalize.io developed a core offering: a personal assistant designed to help clients navigate the intricate process of organizing their legacy and plan their elderhood. Initially called the “elderhood planning roboadvisor", Varun's most straightforward idea was to revise this term as the “digital concierge,” - a name that better explained and differentiated the service. A small suggestion quickly turned into one of the core guiding principles as the team developed the product and its features.
