About us

We are an organisation with a vision to normalise flexibility in work, via options such as flexi-time, part-time, remote-working, that brings new hiring models to businesses and a new way of living to people. Towards that vision, we provide part-time and project-based talent to businesses via highly qualified women professionals working remotely. Our flexible on-demand models enable businesses to grow by hiring high-quality talent in an affordable and agile manner. And they enable our women pool to balance their professional and personal priorities while building meaningful careers. Our talent pool comprises experienced women professionals across functions and sectors allowing us to offer talent across all kinds of roles and functions, be it core & operational ones like Sales, Marketing, Digital & Finance, or Content, Design, Technology, etc. Moreover, we do a deep end-to-end selection for each role or project, that ensures a best-fit match, and helps in cutting down client effort during the hiring process. We are 3 friends who came together to found this company. We met & came to know each other at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, '08, and continued to grow stronger, personally and professionally across the years that followed in leading organisations across FMCG, Management Consulting & Training. Between us, we have domain expertise across Strategy, Service Selling, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Consumer Behaviour & Insights, Technology, Learning & Assessment, Finance and want to now use it to drive economies and societies forward by enabling and normalising a new approach to working.
