GEREJE Corporate Finance advises the French 🇫🇷 Industrial Duchêne Industries on the acquisition of TSF in Portugal 🇵🇹, both grouped within the AMMG group!   After a few months of brainstorming with the executive managers of Duchêne Industries - member of Entreprise DU FUTUR (https://lnkd.in/d6My7taU) - we initiated and then organized this strategic BUILD-UP operation in order to allow AMMG:   📈 to accelerate the group growth strategy -> revenue X2.5 + EBITDA X4 = + 15M€ Equity Value creation!!   📈 to strengthen the French reindustrialisation project initiated by Alexandre HEUZÉ, by giving a European and international dimension thanks to its establishment in Portugal 🇵🇹    📈 to diversify its offer and expand its production capacity (+5,000m2 of production area) through the complementarity of the respective expertises of Duchêne Industries & TSF.
