We had the privilege of spending an afternoon at Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home, where we served a sumptuous buffet lunch prepared by chefs from our Tablescape Restaurant. It was a meaningful experience to connect with the children over a shared meal, and we are grateful for the laughter and joy that filled the occasion. As we enter the festive season, we hope that everyone shows even more kindness and support to those around them. Merry Christmas everyone!

We’re so proud to announce that Sean Ho, our talented Station Chef from Tablescape Restaurant & Bar, recently took home silver at the FHA Dessert Challenge - HoReCa 2024! 🥈👏 His creativity and passion for flavours continue to shine through and his win was well deserved. One of his all-time favourite desserts to make? The Golden Mango—A combination of light almond cake, creamy mascarpone cheese, and refreshing mango sorbet. We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to Chung Cheng High School (Main) for an enriching workspace visit at #GrandParkCityHall this month. It was an absolute pleasure to offer the students a unique opportunity to delve into the intricate workings of the hospitality industry. During their visit, not only did they have the chance to observe a housekeeping demonstration, they were also able to try their hand at changing the sheets.
