Our iCargo product experts shared key updates and insights into future roadmaps, driving innovation in the cargo industry. A special thank you to Sony Joseph, Naveen Jacob, Anish Tharakan and Vinod Krishna M for their contributions and knowledge sharing. The plenary sessions wrapped up with an engaging ‘Open House’, providing a platform for the customer community to share their feedback and ideas. Ajith Pancily Poothiyot shared updates on IBS Software's commitment to supporting ONE Record, illustrating innovative use cases and the iCargo team's active collaboration with IATA and the global air cargo community through initiatives like hackathons and roadshows. George Varghese shed light on the growing prevalence of AI, introducing IBS Software's newly established Data & AI Centre of Excellence. Padmaja P concluded by emphasizing the pivotal role of analytics in iCargo, reflecting on its journey so far and future directions.
