Our COO, Dr Jeesmond Hong represented INCIT as a panelist, contributing to Global Technology Trends & Advanced Manufacturing discussions. Dr. Hong also had the privilege of signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with QDB, further solidifying partnerships that support Qatar’s growing manufacturing sector. These agreements align with our shared mission to drive technical and operational development, empower the private sector, and contribute to Qatar's economic diversification efforts. The event served as a platform to showcase the latest advancements in digital transformation and Industry 4.0, while honoring Qatari manufacturing companies that have successfully graduated from QDB’s Model Factory programs. It also brought together industry experts, decision-makers, and global leaders to discuss strategies and initiatives shaping the future of industries and commerce in Qatar. 𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐓 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐈𝐈 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) was proud to be part of the 11th Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Global Skills Summit 2024, held on 10th December in New Delhi. The summit, themed “𝐵𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎 𝑅𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑆𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑇𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑃𝑜𝑜𝑙: 𝐷𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐼𝑛𝑑𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑦 𝐺𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑡ℎ” brought together global leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to explore pathways for bridging skill gaps and preparing a future-ready workforce.
