This role will specialise in placing HR professionals across various functions, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, and more. In this role, you will be the go-to expert in your space, acting as a bridge between different teams and handling a high volume of stakeholder management and client-facing responsibilities. Beyond recruiting, you will be seen as a thought leader, representing the brand through market reports, data presentations, and community-building initiatives.
