  • We are honoured to share that Keppel has been included in the Top 5% distinctions in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025. This is the 3rd consecutive year that Keppel has been included in the Yearbook, which distinguishes companies within their industries that have demonstrated strengths in corporate sustainability.   Out of over 7,600 companies assessed based on the S&P Global 2024 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), 780 companies were included in the 2025 Sustainability Yearbook.   • Keppel has reported a net profit of $1,064 million from continuing operations for the full year ended 31 December 2024, 5% higher than the $1,015 million reported for FY23, excluding the effects of its legacy offshore and marine assets. This translates into a Return on Equity of 10.1%, compared to 9.5% in FY23. Mr Loh Chin Hua, CEO of Keppel, said, “Keppel’s multi-year transformation into a global asset manager and operator has yielded strong results. Amidst the volatile global environment, we delivered higher earnings bolstered by steady recurring income which anchored 72% of net profit in FY24. Our asset management fees in FY24 grew strongly by 54% to $436 million as we selectively made investments and raised FUM from $55 billion to $88 billion.   • The Keppel Coastal Trail at Labrador Nature Park is officially open to the public! 🌿 Located within a coastal beach forest that has undergone active restoration, the trail helps to strengthen the ecological and climate resilience of the nature reserve and was developed with the support of a $1 million donation from Keppel Care Foundation to the Garden City Fund, the National Parks Board's registered charity and IPC. To mark the opening of the trail, Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minster-in-Charge of Social Services Integration, together with Mr Danny Teoh, Chairman of Keppel, Mr Loh Chin Hua, CEO of Keppel, Mr Guy Daniel Harvey-Samuel, Chairman of the Garden City Fund, Keppel Volunteers and members of the community planted 55 native coastal trees along the trail.   • We are pleased to share that Keppel has signed an MOU with the Lize Financial Business District Administrative Committee, the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD) and DP Architects (DPA) last week. The MOU sets the stage for a collaborative effort towards the sustainable and technological development of the Lize Financial Business District, a key emerging financial hub in Beijing. Through this partnership, Keppel will provide sustainable, end-to-end solutions for real estate via our Sustainable Urban Renewal (SUR) initiative. This will encompass providing full cycle services ranging from planning and development management to sustainable urban renewal and energy management, at both the district and asset levels. We look forward to working closely with our partners to support the future development of the Lize Financial Business District and potentially extend our efforts to other districts in Beijing.

  • Keppel will design, build, own and operate Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS) at three upcoming Tengah Built-to-Order projects in Singapore. CCS can deliver better energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption compared to conventional air conditioning split unit systems, by aggregating cooling demand and delivering it via a centralised chilled water system.   • Keppel has pledged $1 million to revamp the NKF Singapore (The National Kidney Foundation)'s Kidney Discovery Centre (KDC). Slated to reopen in July 2025, the KDC at NKF’s Kim Keat headquarters is envisaged to be Singapore’s leading kidney health education hub. The centre will feature state-of-the-art technology and interactive exhibits to inspire kidney health awareness and proactive disease prevention, and is expected to engage some 10,000 visitors annually, including students, families, community groups and corporate visitors. Keppel’s donation is part of the Great Singapore Give, which aims to inspire a culture of continuous giving.
