On 19 November, Menarini India's office transformed into a magical mini-jungle for Children's Day. Fun games, a mesmerizing magic show, goodie bags, and lots of laughter made it a day to remember for both the young and old. Every year, Menarini India makes it a point to celebrate Children's Day together with staff and their families. The special occasion serves not just to foster workplace connections, but as an important reminder to celebrate our families. These moments truly make our workplace feel like a community - thank you to all Menarini India staff and families who participated!

For Menarini Asia-Pacific's 13th anniversary, Menarini Indonesia joined hands with PAUD-KB Pelangi Hidayah to build a new school, to provide about 50 underprivileged children with the education they deserve. In a recent partnership with the HCMC Association for Poor Patients, Menarini Vietnam provided free eye exams and surgeries to over 100 individuals with cataracts, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. One patient expressed their gratitude, saying, “After the surgery, I can see everything clearly again. I can do things on my own, and I feel useful once more.” This builds on our ongoing commitment to the community. Last year, we partnered with the Association to build a new bridge in a hamlet in Ben Tre Province and awarded scholarships to local students. To celebrate our 13th Anniversary on 11 November and honour #WorldKindnessDay on 13 November, over 100 of our Regional Office colleagues in Singapore came together to give back to the community through three causes: 🩸 Blood Donation: Donating life-saving blood at Health Sciences Authority's Bloodbanks to support those in need. 🏥 Hospital Befriending: Providing much-needed companionship for patients at National University Hospital through engaging in recreational activities. 🧹Household Cleaning: Lending a hand with cleaning at St Luke's ElderCare, easing the burden on staff and creating a more comfortable environment for residents. Together, we hope to make a difference and invigorate the lives of those in the communities we operate in! #InvigoratingLives
