About us

MRA Consulting serves our clients across Asia Pacific through delivering Coaching, Consulting and Learning services. MRA is an acronym comprising three words from three different Asian languages, which represents both our mission and our roots in Asia Pacific: • Mai (ใหม่) is the Thai word for new. Whether for individuals or organisations, change is inevitable and those that are successful are the ones that embrace the change and find a new direction for their growth. • Ri (리) is the Korean word for village. It is common for people to say that “it takes a village” and this is true for the achievement of successful change for both individuals and organisations. • Arth (अर्थ') is the Hindi word for meaning. It is vitally important for all individuals and organisations to define their meaning or purpose. We see companies publish their Vision and Mission and likewise it is important for individuals to define their personal mission statements in order to successfully drive the change required to grow. At MRA Consulting, we understand that it takes a village to succeed in Asia Pacific and we are here to help individuals and organisations define their meaning in order to drive their future successful personal and professional growth in a new, purposeful direction.

  • Coaching is a partnership and is designed to drive transformational change in the Client. Change requires reflective thinking and commitment to the actions required. The Coach will guide you on the process, but the Client needs to commit to the work - only then will true transformation take place. #thechangemakers #MRAconsulting

Are you ready for a coach? Before you say yes -  are you committed to digging in and doing the work it takes to move from where you are to where you want to end up? One thing we don't talk about enough is that coaching is most successful when you are motivated to follow through and do things differently. If you’re excited about what’s possible through change, then let's get that coaching journey started! ⚡ → https://lnkd.in/gV5_wavY

    • Motivational quote design on deep blue background with white and yellow text reading "Nothing changes if nothing changes." Features minimalist geometric pattern with curved lines in corners. Simple, bold typography emphasizes message about necessity of taking action to create change.

It has been a week since I launched MRA Consulting and it’s been a lot of fun so far. I’ve spent the time connecting with clients, ex-colleagues and many others who have given a huge amount of support and encouragement for what I am doing. Embarking on this journey is not without its challenges but I am heartened by the overwhelming positive feedback I have received. My sincere thanks to each one of you who has reached out – it has validated my vision behind MRA Consulting and inspired me for the future. One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the fractional consulting space. The collaborative spirit and exchange of ideas have been truly inspiring. Auspicious Beginnings I chose the launch date of MRA Consulting to be 28th October 2024 for a specific reason. Most of us are aware that last week, Hindus around the work celebrated the festival of Diwali or Deepavali. The festival emphasizes the victory of dharma (virtues) over adharma, good over evil, light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance. Deepavali is a Sanskrit word that means deepa (oil lamps) and wali (row) - it literally means the row of oil lamps and is why it is also known as the Festival of Lights. During my 27 years in Asia, this has always been one of my favourite festivals, with the bright colours, sweets and lights bringing joy to the community. It is an auspicious time for Hindus, bringing luck and prosperity. It marks new beginnings and this time of year felt apt for me to embark on my new beginning. The first day of the Diwali celebration is the festival of Vasu Baras, which fell this year on 28th October. Vasu Baras, in particular, is a day that celebrates prosperity and abundance. I feel I couldn’t have picked a better day to launch. Looking Forward I am excited about the future and look forward to forging stronger connections across Asia Pacific and beyond. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this initial phase. #TheChangeMakers #MRAconsulting
