Munchi Pancakes is a halal certified hawker that serves traditional Min Jing Kueh (Appam Balik) with a twist and Munchi Pancakes that comes in many different unique flavours. Our mission is providing great food that gathers people and we believe that our people's growth is just as crucial as the food. We do this by fostering the food, and we foster a supportive environment for both personal and professional development. We are committed to It's our commitment to excellence that drives us, leading the industry with joy and satisfaction for our customers. Our Vision is to ensure that Min Jiang Kueh becomes a globally recognized pancakes from Singapore and through continuous research and development, we strive to elevate the Min Jiang Kueh while remaining true to our heritage to expand our reach and make Min Jiang Kueh a household name worldwide.

On the 16th of November, we gathered at the Flea Market at Old Airport Road, an event hosted by the Dakota Crescent Resident’s Network! As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, Munchi Pancakes was pleased to have sponsored 200 pieces of Min Jiang Kueh for the event. This initiative reflects our CSR efforts aimed at contributing to the well-being of our neighborhoods. Through events like these, we strive to create meaningful connections and give back to the community that has supported us in our journey to preserve the hawker heritage. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited and supported our booth! The event was filled with delicious treats, and we sincerely hope that our pancakes brought you as much joy as it brought to our team in serving them!

We are very thankful for receiving the Enterprising Hawker Awards in this year's edition of the Singapore Hawkers' Seminar & Awards 2024. This award recognize hawkers who have innovated and implemented new business models, strategies, processes or tools to grow their hawker business. Over the past few years, we at Munchi Pancakes have always firmly believed that, apart from providing our valued customers with their beloved Min Jiang Kueh, we have always strive to invest in our employees and preserving our heritage through continuous innovations and ideas. Whether it be implementing new software to improve HR and Operations capabilities, nurturing our crew to push them into more senior roles or, participating and sponsoring in various Grassroot Events or even the 2024 National Day Parade, breaking barriers of what a hawker can do or achieve has always been our goal. We promise to work harder to keep our hawker culture alive and blooming, and to be a part of a movement that takes hawkers to another level for our future generations.
