NCSS celebrated International Volunteer Managers Day on 22 November at our signature Volunteer Management Network, graced by Mr Masagos Zulkifli, Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister for Health. During this session, we proudly appointed 28 NCSS Volunteer Management Champions in recognition of their exemplary contributions and leadership in fostering sustainable volunteerism. The event also marked the launch of the NCSS Volunteer Impact Measurement Kit, a resource designed to enhance the evaluation of volunteer initiatives. Project V: Advancing Corporate Volunteerism for a Sustainable Social Service Sector   Jointly led by NCSS, National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) and EY, Project V aims to catalyse sustained corporate volunteerism at scale, driving greater social impact within our communities. 🌱 Through this initiative, participating corporates and social service agencies (SSAs) work together to build a sustainable volunteer culture that strengthens the social service sector.   Recently, NCSS hosted a series of Learning Circles, bringing together Project V participants to reflect on their 6-month volunteering journey and to share insights.   Learning Circle #1 – Corporates and SSAs shared: ✅ Challenges in mobilising volunteers at scale and how they tackled them ✅ The crucial role of volunteer experience in retaining volunteers ✅ The need for long-term sustainability to create mutual value   Learning Circle #2 – Volunteer managers from C&W, Nespresso, and HCSA Community Services led a panel, sharing strategies to sustain and expand corporate volunteerism efforts. 🌟   Together, let’s drive greater social impact through sustainable corporate volunteerism in Singapore! 💪   #NCSS #SGCares #SGVolunteers #SocialServiceVolunteers #SocialImpact #ProjectV
