We have been quiet for a while - and not for lack of activity! Our customers are adding a number of new vessels during 1st quarter 2025, and we have been busy preparing for these. They remain pleased with what we do and that is a tribute to our team. Stay tuned for what positions and experiences we will need from our seafarers. Our new ventures in #SouthAfrica and #Kenya continue to develop nicely, with significant interest from several well-known names in the industry. And we are, as ever, open for more business. We have now proven our way of working can scale, so we will be slightly more pushy on the business development front in 2025. In short, we are quiet but not standing still. 😊

It's the #dayoftheseafarer. Screens will be flooded with messages of support, offices will celebrate - and crew will sail. Instead of eating a lot of food in our office and putting up elaborate graphics of support, we have instead worked. Hard. Every crewing-business is a matter of customers and crew. Today we made customers happy by arranging for the very urgent dispatch of crew following an unforeseeable event for the Shipowner. We have a happy customer, we have happy crew. The ship can sail, the crew get great jobs. There is no better way of honouring seafarers than making sure they have access to safe, secure, reliable and well-paid jobs, and that they can return home on schedule. That is what we do, and not just today. We do this every day. Because they sail for us every day. For us, every day is #dayoftheseafarer. And it's time to grow again 😀 A big thank-you to our customer Sea-Shipping of Norway. We have accredited another two survey-vessels from their fleet, with crew being deployed during March and April. Happy to support their rapid growth! While we hear many of our competitors complain about not finding good crew, we experience the opposite: There are lots of well-qualified and motivated crew if you know where to look and how to reach them.
