In a recent paper developed with Phoebe Averill, PhD and Prof Claire Henderson, our academic director, Prof Nick Sevdalis, PhD characterised #patientsafety incidents within community-based mental health services in England, which provided insights into reported incidents, contributory factors, and proposed solutions.
