✨🏆She champions mental health at her workplace. As Chief Information Technology Officer at NUS, Tan Shui-Min is passionate about fostering a workplace that prioritizes well-being. One of the most touching and inspirational experiences she has had regarding mental health was when a colleague shared about his child’s battle with depression during a workplace discussion on well-being. Hearing his story filled her with both empathy and a sense of responsibility. It reinforced the importance of creating a workplace culture where mental health is prioritized and individuals feel safe to express themselves. And that leaders have a responsibility not just to drive results but also to nurture the well-being of those they lead. 🧡 Hear more from Shui-Min on 23 Jan!
