The much-anticipated announcement, for funds managed by fund managers in Singapore, on the changes to the Sections 13D,13O and 13U tax incentive schemes conditions was made in a Circular issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore on 1 October 2024. Fund managers are advised to review these changes to assess how their existing and new funds are impacted by the updated conditions.
