Our 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 offers us a unique advantage. It allows us to translate our findings, observations, and learnings from various industry audits, inspections, and surveys into real-time learning, thus enabling us to bridge the gap between classroom education and practical requirements. For instance, our 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 course benefits immensely from 𝟱𝟬𝟬+ 𝗩𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and our 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 course is a combination of industry practices as well as our findings based on 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝟬+ 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀. Here are a few snippets from a recently conducted 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 on Safety Officers and Risk Assessment & Risk Management. These courses are 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and very effective in the implementation of 𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝟮.𝟬. #SafeLanes #Maritime #Training #TrainerLed

If we had to summarise our journey of eleven years in one word, the word we would use is 'Humbling'! In the past eleven years we have grown from 1 to 85+ with physical presence in Singapore, India, Greece, UK, Hong Kong and Dubai. This has been the most satisfying adventure we have been on as a team and we are excited about what the future holds for us. While we are celebrating 11 years of working towards what we truly want to be, we must stop and thank our patrons and partners in this growth. Our associates and our clients alike. We wouldn't be what we are, without your faith in us. Your support is the fuel we run on and we look forward to creating stronger associations with all of you! #SafeLanes #ElevenYears #Anniversary

Leaders play a crucial role in an organization. They are often the reflection of the organizational work culture. Frontline leaders in the maritime industry must understand human factors to enhance safety, efficiency, and teamwork. By doing this, they can ensure smoother operations with minimal human error, improved workload management, and better communication. Knowledge of human factors also enables them to design effective training programs and adapt to changing conditions, ultimately contributing to more resilient and successful maritime operations. This comprehensive approach leads to the creation of a safer and more efficient working environment for their teams. Here are glimpses of a recent 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 workshop conducted in 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 attended by 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱) 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 2𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀. #SafeLanes #Training #MaritimeTraining #HumanFactors #TrainerLed
