Meet SSGT Mansur Zainal, a Reception Operations Officer from SPS's Sentence Management Branch, Operations Division. He was recently awarded the Singapore Civil Defence Force Community First Responder Award for helping an injured motorist during a road traffic accident. 🎖️ SSGT Mansur has been in service for more than 9 years!
