Singapore Silent Heroes

The Silent Heroes Award Presentation is an annual ceremony organised by the Hillview Civilians Sports Club ("HCSC"). The aim of the award is to recognise ordinary, everyday Singaporeans and permanent residents for their extraordinary humanity and compassion towards people, causes, and missions. The award is open nation-wide and is presented specifically to individuals who are working silently without recognition or compensation. These are the faceless champions of our society — ordinary humans who have demonstrated extraordinary dedication to improving the lives of their fellow human beings. The fifth anniversary of the Silent Heroes Award will be held at the Island Ballroom of the Shangri-La Hotel on Saturday, 29th September 2018. The Guest of Honour will be Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister & Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies. The DPM who is also the Patron of HCSC will be presenting the Awards. Recognising humanity with an award that expresses gratitude of our society for their kindness towards fellow individuals, families, community and environment. Through this award, we look forward to inspiring more to become Silent Heroes. Someday soon, everyone shall be a Silent Hero, not only in Singapore but globally.
