Hello Tampines 1! Tampines 1 has undergone an exciting transformation, with Sunray playing a key role in assembling the new entrance structure and retrofitting light fittings throughout the mall. The revamped space combines vibrant lighting with contemporary design, enhancing the shopping experience and reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence. We’re truly grateful to have been part of this exciting transformation. It’s been a privilege to contribute to the revitalization of Tampines 1, and we’re proud of the role we’ve played in bringing this vision to life. Now open, the mall features 68 new retail offerings, including 12 unique concept stores showcasing local fashion brands. With a total of 200 retail options, the mall offers a dynamic mix of fashion, lifestyle, and F&B choices, blending the best of local and international brands.

Sunrayians, you truly showed up and showed OUT at this year’s Christmas party! With our Pyjama theme, everyone came in their coziest, most creative outfits, making the Pyjama Contest a huge hit. A big thank you to all who participated and made it so fun! The gift exchange was also a blast, with nearly 100 staff members joining in and plenty of loud “百倍百倍!” chants. Sunray is thrilled to team up with PEACE-Connect (PeCCO) from Singapore Anglican Community Services to bring joy to the elderlies at the Active Ageing Centre for a special birthday celebration! We celebrated milestones from 85 all the way up to an incredible 105 years old, filling the day with smiles, laughter, and cherished moments. The elderlies had a wonderful time, enjoying not only the company but also thoughtful gift bags and ang bao. A big thank you to everyone at Sunray and PeCCO for making this day so memorable, and to Mayor Ms. Denise Phua, who is also the Adviser to Kampong Glam GROs, for joining us and adding to the fun! 💛
