    𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟱𝟮𝗸𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 “𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵” – 𝗪𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝘁! On 2 October 2024, we marked a heartfelt milestone for mental health as TeleChoice International Limited and the Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund (WHCF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to celebrate World Mental Health Day. Through this partnership, TeleChoice will lead a five-year fundraising campaign, uniting corporate partners in support of mental health initiatives. Kicking off this journey is our first fundraising event: the "Walk for Mental Health", a 152km relay walk across the landscapes of Singapore, bringing together participants from Institute of Mental Health, TeleChoice International Limited, and Samsung Electronics Singapore for this important cause. This walk was inspired by my own hiking experiences. For me, walking has always been a source of solace, a way to manage stress and find my center. The simple rhythm of placing one foot in front of the other offers a comforting escape from daily pressures. As we traverse different terrains—whether vibrant cityscapes or challenging hills—we are reminded of life’s beautiful blend of joyful moments and tough challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. We all face personal struggles, many of which may remain hidden from those around us. It’s essential to recognise that asking for help takes incredible courage and is NOT a sign of weakness. This relay walk embodies my belief that, no matter the obstacles, there’s always a path forward. With the support of companions—family, friends, and teammates—every challenging journey becomes more manageable. Together, we can conquer mountains that may seem insurmountable alone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who made this possible! Your collective efforts are truly inspiring. Among the many remarkable advancements, one theme stood out: the deepening connection between mental health and technology. From XR and AI to wearable devices, CES 2025 spotlighted solutions that are reshaping how we manage stress, anxiety, and overall well-being. These innovations not only enhance our digital experiences but also open new possibilities for transforming our approach to mental health care. On a personal note, the return journey from CES offered a first hand reminder of how quickly stress can take over when plans go awry. Unforeseen circumstances led to flight delays and the need to rebook flights and secure last-minute accommodations. It was a chaotic and demanding week, but it also underscored the importance of tools that help us stay grounded and composed during high-pressure moments. Looking forward to 2025, we remain committed to advancing mental health support. After the successful launch of our ESG Fund for Mental Health last year, we are now entering the next phase of our five-year mental health programme in partnership with Institute of Mental Health. This year, we may explore how emerging technologies could offer innovative and accessible solutions to enhance the well-being of our teams and communities.   • 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟵𝗠𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 & 𝟯𝗤𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 We are pleased to share a positive update on our performance for the nine months and third quarter ended 30 September 2024, as we continue to make steady progress in improving our results! For the first nine months of 2024, our revenue surged by 55%, reaching S$246.9 million, compared to S$159.7 million in 9M2023. This growth reflects the dedication and hard work of our teams across all 3 business divisions. In addition, we returned to profitability with a profit before tax of S$0.9 million, a marked improvement from the S$4.1 million loss recorded in the previous period.   Our PCS Division has been a standout performer, while our ICT Division has made notable strides in improving margins, reducing costs, and focusing on expanding our cloud and AI solutions. Meanwhile, our Engineering Division has benefited from strong contributions in Indonesia and Singapore. These efforts position us well for future growth.   Despite ongoing global economic challenges, we are confident that we are on the right track.     𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Just the other day, I received a scam call that caught me off guard. The caller sounded legitimate, and for a moment, I felt a wave of concern. This experience served as a stark reminder of how sophisticated these scams have become and why our collective efforts to protect consumers are more critical than ever. In fact, the recent surge in scam losses—totalling over $385.6 million in the first half of 2024 in Singapore—underscores this urgency. With the new framework holding telcos and financial institutions accountable for scam prevention, it’s encouraging to see our telco partners stepping up with initiatives like anti-scam filters and the SMS Sender ID Registry. As I reflect on our role as fulfillment partners—not just in Singapore, but increasingly across the region—it’s clear that we have a part to play. Here’s how we can contribute: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: By maintaining efficient and secure fulfillment processes, we enable telcos to streamline their operations, allowing them to focus on their core mission of safeguarding customers from fraud. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: We can work hand-in-hand with telcos to train their retail staff on identifying potential scams and reinforcing the importance of compliance with the new regulations. Empowering those on the front lines will help create a safer environment for consumers. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀: While we support telcos, we also have the opportunity to educate consumers about recognising scams and understanding the measures in place to protect them. This dual approach will enhance overall trust in the telecom ecosystem. This new framework is not just a regulatory change; it’s a call to action for all of us involved in the telco space.
