YES! YOU TOO CAN BE CREATIVE! We delivered our 4th session of our YYTCBC workshop program to a mixed group of 40 Post-Grads, Undergrads and Staff at Hong Kong Baptist University (Hong Kong Baptist University), and this time we were way over subscribed (seems word has gotten around). 😅 Sponsored by the Assistant Dean of the HKBU and Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre (Thank you Marta Dowejko) this highly interactive and experiential program covers the basics of Creative Thinking including: * An overview of the Six I's®️ of Innovation (along with an assessment of Innovation Strengths) * An introduction to and practice in using of various generative creative thinking methods - fast and slow tools * Methods to productively make choices from large numbers of generated ideas to arrive at the useful few * Reflections on how these could be used in daily work life We have been applying these methods with our clients in our Innovation and Business Improvement practice since before 2013 (some we have been using for over 20 years) and participants are often shocked with how many innovative ideas they can generate in groups with the right tools and methods, regardless of the topic. The participants loved it, with (across multiple factors): * 100% top 2 box for the quality of teaching * 97% top 2 box for reflection on learning * 97% top 2 box for activity arrangement * +70 Net Promoter Score and comments like: "Absolutely perfect workshop!
