The Assembly Place

Last Friday, more than 200 guests came to celebrate The Assembly Place 5th year anniversary dinner. TAP is able to achieve what we did today is because of the many people who have supported us all these years. We have achieved many milestones over the past 5 years. From a humble 6 room space in an inter-terrace to close to 2000 spaces today across more than 130 locations in Singapore, we are really just starting out and is on track to cross 4000 spaces by end of Q1 2024. While we have achieved some success, community building remains the DNA of our existence and we can never forget the greater community by doing good. The highlight of the evening was our guests donating generously to Community Chest Singapore with 100% of the proceeds to Dementia Singapore. More than $20,000 was raised from our beloved guests that evening and TAP top up the donation to have a grand total of $38,888. Also a big shout out to all our sponsors for making this evening possible. As the company grow, our vision is giving back more to our society and doing good. To many more good years ahead! Great catch up with the unsung hero of The Assembly Place Our housekeeping and ops department play a critical role in ensuring that our members are settling in comfortably. From small issues like changing of a fuse lightbulb, cleaning the communal area to resolving issues like water seepages, our team work tirelessly to maintain the high standard in a co living environment. We cannot thank them enough.

Interview with The Straits Times Our Founder’s journey in the real estate industry

Thanks to Samuel Oh from The Business Times for interviewing The Assembly Place and allowing me to share our growth story and plans for the future. Running a start up is never easy but the journey is made easier with the support, trust and faith from our clients, partners and investors. Also to my team who work tirelessly for the past few years. This is just the beginning of our growth story. Onwards and Upwards!

Day 4 of CNY. 开工咯！ Grateful to our clients, partners and team from The Assembly Place for the past 1 year of support. May the year of the 🐉 brings about prosperity,happiness and good health to all.

Earlier this year, during The Assembly Place first townhall meeting, one of the key pointers that we want to achieve as a company is to embrace a healthier lifestyle. We agree to start this initiative with a monthly company run. This is our first run as a team. Proud to see everyone complete a simple 7.5km run today. I am a big believer that if all my colleagues stay fit and healthy, our business will benefit from it. Looking forward to everyone participating in a half marathon this year.
