What a way to celebrate Singapore's birthday by bringing back home a IAPS NYCU Accelerator award! Yannick Dedigama and I are so grateful to have been accepted into this business accelerator, as we were just mapping out our expansion efforts for The Ripple Club. We were fortunate to work closely with our mentor Harvey Ma over the last 4 months, as we put together the next phase of growth for the company. A special thanks to Darren Chua as well, for your insights. Both of your guidance, has been monumental in our planning efforts. We pitched to a room full of investors, VC's and business Angels who voted us the winners for our business concept! Receiving this accolade from so many experienced businessmen/women and investors validated the fact that we're heading in the right direction. We aim to create more inclusivity in our world by making our workouts accessible to people of all shapes, sizes and different fitness levels, including pre and post-natal women, athletes, people recovering from injury and the curious newcomers. Who would have thought that having knee pain at 17 would lead me down the path of entrepreneurship? Faced with the daunting choice between injections, medications, or knee surgery, I sought a solution that addressed the root cause rather than just numbing the pain.
