Innovations have significantly enhanced efficiency and productivity within the global agricultural sector. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) indicates that adopting agricultural technology can increase crop yields by up to 70% while reducing operational costs by 30%. This development is not merely transient; it represents a substantial solution for the future of sustainable agriculture. Moreover, a report from McKinsey & Company emphasizes that digital transformation in agriculture can elevate farmers' income by as much as 50% by mitigating supply chain and production inefficiencies. Backed by this data, Eratani continues to innovate by integrating technology into agricultural practices to enhance farmers' productivity. One of our concrete efforts is implementing its technology, such as drones, starting from the socialization program (Interaksi) in Karawang, where we directly demonstrate how modern technology can optimize agricultural yields. Farmers, local government agencies, and agricultural extension officers attended this event, providing valuable insights and support for this innovation. The intense enthusiasm from farmers, local village leaders, and agricultural advisors further reinforces that modernizing agriculture is no longer just an option but a necessity. At Eratani, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that create real impact within Indonesia's agricultural ecosystem. By providing farmers with the right technology, we can help them work more efficiently, increase productivity, and strengthen national food security. What do you think? How significant is technology in shaping the future of agriculture? #Eratani #SelaluAdaUntukPetani #Agritech #SustainableAgriculture #PrecisionFarming #TechForFarmers #DroneFarming

  • Thank you all for joining us at this year's VC Socials Vietnam - we were glad to catch up with familiar faces and new friends in the community. The evening included a panel session titled "Fundraising Debt and Equity to Scale," moderated by Tung Nguyen (TNB Aura) , featuring insights from Joe Zhang (TNB Aura), Hau Ly (AVV (Ascend Vietnam Ventures)), Hao Diep (TECHCOOP), and LAM DO (VUIHOC - K12 online education platform). Panellists explored the nuances of raising debt and equity, providing different perspectives on founders' pursuit of each path and the considerations investors have when companies raise a mix of both. We also celebrated Techcoop's journey from a Scout Initiative deal to a core investment with their latest funding round. This marks a significant milestone in our partnership as we deepen our commitment to supporting Techcoop's mission of empowering Vietnam's agritech landscape. We’re excited to continue fostering partnerships and scaling transformative businesses across Southeast Asia.
