🌱 NUS has made big strides towards sustainability with the completion of a campus-wide solar photovoltaic installation project. The installation of more than 20,000 solar panels across NUS’ Kent Ridge Campus and University Town is set to reduce the University’s carbon footprint by more than 4,000 tons of CO2 annually. #NUSSustainability This ambitious project, a collaboration between NUS University Campus Infrastructure and Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore, will supply 4% of the University's electricity consumption—equivalent to powering 2,200 HDB flats for a year.
