From the driver who picked us up from the train station, to the front desk staff and all other members of the team, 5 star service. Our room was spacious, clean and stocked with all the supplies needed for a comfy stay. Staff answered all our questions regarding transportation and gave us information on what sights are recommended. We were also dropped off to the train station on departure date, which was greatly appreciated since there is no escalators to the tunnel that leads to the train station. Sure the hotel is across from the train station, but with a 0.6 km walk up and down stairs, not an easy feat if you are a senior with luggage. We were also sent off with an assortment of snacks and bottled water for our train journey! Such a touching gesture.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The front desk called to ask about my needs the day before I checked in, and upgraded me to a family room for free. The hotel is in a good location with parking. It is convenient for shopping around and very clean. Any problems can be solved quickly. The breakfast is also very good. I will stay here again next time.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The hotel is right next to Gate 6. After exiting T2 Domestic Arrival, turn left and you will see the hotel. You need to go through security to enter the hotel. There are security personnel at the door, which gives people a very safe feeling. Then go straight and turn right to see the front desk. After the front desk quickly checks in, you can take the elevator to rest. The room is small and exquisite. In addition to the basic hotel room facilities, the toilet is also equipped with a telephone, and there is a safe in the closet. These facilities are very detailed. It is also very convenient to eat and drink in the city. You can take a Didi when you exit the hotel and go to the right to the elevator on the second floor of the 8th door. The recommended places are shown in the picture.

The hotel has complete facilities and equipment, including laundry and gym. It is on the 50th floor. The high floor has a good view and the night view is beautiful. The location of the hotel is also very good, the breakfast is very good, and the service is quite good. From the moment I checked in, Xiaoye always cared about us. He introduced me to the surrounding environment and the surrounding food. There is a flower and bird market next to it. It is very good and I will come again next time.

We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

The hotel faces the Twin Towers and you can see the White House from the side. The lady upgraded me to a room with a view for free, which is really great. The room faces the sun and the sun can shine directly in, which is like disinfection. Living here is an experience. The room has central air conditioning, so you don't need to turn it on in this weather.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very good. You can have an unobstructed view of most of the Miao Village. The service is good and they helped us pick up our luggage. It is worth staying. I will choose this hotel next time I come here

This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Thank you once again and I look forward to the next time!

Hampton Inn in Guizhou seemed to be good. I wanted to go to Kaili to buy embroidery pieces. I called Bruce, the guy at the front desk, and he patiently told me where to go. Taking a taxi to Fengqingyuan is just the starting price. After arriving at the hotel, I was specially upgraded to a suite with a great view. A little girl who was doing the wiring asked thoughtfully if there was enough water, and asked the robot to deliver two more bottles, which was very warm. I bought a lot of embroidered clothes in the evening, and when I arrived at the store, the waiter at the door came over to help. I also specifically asked the girl on the line where to eat authentic fish in sour soup, and she recommended Lao Teng, which was pretty good. The breakfast has local characteristics and is relatively rich. When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had a good night's sleep. He even gave me snacks and water when I left, which was very thoughtful. I will come to Kaili again in the future, and I will come to Hampton again.

The B&B is located near the main street, facing the landscape lake, quiet but convenient. The facilities inside are complete and quite clean. I saw Tianhe Yixin on Trip.com and placed an order in a second. After I arrived, I found that it was really great value. Booked 3 nights in the ”Elegant Residence City-View Double Bed Room” at the Fanbo Yashe Hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay. The front desk was quite helpful, especially the wonderful receptionist Xiaoya, who assisted me with numerous things with enthusiasm, such as answering any questions, showcasing the various free amenities in the lobby, giving a quick demonstration of how to use the shared laundry area, and offered additional water or other services as needed. The bed and other furniture were comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom area were fairly good as well. The atmosphere and decor of the room were probably the best thing. Most hotels have a stereotypical and replicated hotel room, but this hotel's rooms give you something more enjoyable since it is a different style from the norm. Special note on cleanliness: I did want to give this a 4.5, but kept it rounded-up to a 5 since it was minor enough. The room did have some leftover sunflower seed shells in a few corners or where a piece of furniture meets the floor, and a little bit of dirt stuck where the floor layers overlap in the middle of the room. However, it was not that big of a deal. This is maybe a reminder for the hotel to take a second look where dirt or trash may get stuck when simply sweeping or mopping quickly. Special note on the bathroom mirror lighting: The lighting by the bathroom sink and mirror could use some more direct lighting, since the position of the current lighting is not too strong and caused shadows on the face. This is not a big issue, but it could prove inconvenient to others, such as women putting on make up or trying to carefully trim a beard. The top-down lighting can cause shadows and unclear views under the eyes, nose, lips, and neck. Tips for guests: Name of the Hotel: While this website says Fanbo Yashe, you may actually see it named Van Gogh's Garden in person. Don't be confused; it is the same place. ”Fanbo” is related to the Chinese name for Van Gogh, ”Fan Gao”. Laundry: Yes, is it available, but there is only one washer and dryer available (hopefully these are increased to two or three!). Laundry detergent is provided. It can be a little troublesome trying to manage around other guests, so it is likely best to do it during the day when people are busy. There is also some nearby clotheslines one can use or just hang in your room if there is not too much. Foreigner Friendliness: Very good. They'll use Wechat to translate and communicate with you if necessary or find some other methods. In short, foreigners should have an easy time here. If other receptionists are friendly like Xiaoya, then there is nothing to worry about. Attraction Services: The hotel seems to offer some ticket and transportation services for nearby attractions (or at least advertises third-party services), but I did not use them and cannot attest to them. Location: It is right next to the bus station in Tongren (and a few streets away from the train station). Once the bus drops you off in the lot, you will need to exit the lot and head slightly east towards the nearby main street, then make your way south. You should encounter the hotel next to where the bus tickets are sold.

I would rate this hotel as deserving its 4-star rating within China. The location is excellent, being only a few minutes away from Tongren train station. The hotel also offers hourly short stays (with a minimum of 3 hours), which was extremely handy for us. Our trip to Fanjing Mountain was disrupted by heavy rain, and having access to warm showers for the whole family at a fraction of the room cost was extremely valuable. Additionally, as other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the train station, which is a great plus.

I heard there was a bonfire show on Saturday night, but unfortunately it stopped raining. It's relatively close to Mount Fanjing, about a few minutes' drive. There is a restaurant just outside the hotel door to the right. we went to the one to the right but across the small road. awesome fish and bamboo. Its a nice town for like 2-3 days. We arranged with the taxi driver who drove us from train station to hotel to pick us up when we went back. very affordable prices. P.S: if you are gonna go during a holiday or summer/winter holidays BOOK YOUR TICKES IN ADVANCE. or call the hotel to help you.And go in the morning. You will understand why when you are half way up. the hotel was were really helpfully a week before we even arrived. We would stay again.
