We had a lovely stay at OrangeHao Hotel in Xi’an with our family, booking three rooms. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, making our trip truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. However, a small note of caution: the hotel’s address on Google Maps is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check the location before heading over. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. Thank you for the excellent service!

A five star rating for a local three star hotel. Everything was good from the hotel location which is within 2 km from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff were friendly especially the kitchen's chefs who packed breakfasts for us on the day we went on an early excursion to the Terracotta Warrior sites. The hotel has good amenities: It is surrounded by food and convenience stores and even a supermarket. The washing machines and heaters are really helpful as my family were staying there for a week so clean laundry was definitely a plus The housecleaning service is also prompt and helpful whenever we have additional requests. The only negative is the wifi connection which went off intermittently. Oddly this issue only happened on our mobile phones while it worked ok for my laptop.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

There are multiple exits from Zhonglou station. I tried exit B，exit 9 and exit 1. All of them are similar walking distance towards the hotel. The hotel is located on the “ground” level, underground level are made up of souvenir/drinks/snacks stores which you can easily access via a short staircase. The hotel is in between a row of little local shops. The easiest way to navigate is download Baidu maps and enter 宜必思尚品酒店(西安钟鼓楼回民街店) 西安市莲湖区. A public square right under the hotel comes to life from morning to evening with people setting up little stalls with a mat/stools selling little souvenirs. There are also multiple message therapists providing their service for just 20yuan. Super convenient to reach the Drum tower just by 1mjns of walking, it is right there when you step out. Muslim quarter is 2mins away, while convenient avoid the main street like plaque. If you see roujiamo stalls with oddly long queue when everyone else is nonexistent, those are fake queuers engaged to fool tourists

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. They served delivious breakfast with a good variety. The location of the hotel was good, easy access to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, shopping malls and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and shops outside, both at the right and left of the hotel. There is one pastry shop at Lian Hu Lu selling freshly baked and delicious pastries. It is a must try. The staff of the shop were friendly too. The people we met in Xi'an were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed directions. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time in Xi'an.

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

Stayed 5 nights in 4 person dorm room Expectation/Reality: this establishment exceeded expectations. Check in is ground floor and fairly easy to find and access. The room beds are good size and clean, there is lots of storage space for belongings and generally better than what was expected. The free laundry and detergent is a nice plus. Internet has good connection. Security: very secure, there is a lock to the door of the main room and a locker cubby for each guest, felt belongings where secure and in a safe area. Hygiene: generally very clean, in a four person room it is shared showers with only four people, and on slow season you might only share with one or two other people. The cleaners come consistently to clean and refile soap. Hospitality: staff was excellent and competent. Although it is a chain it felt like it is owner operated, check in was smooth, extending the stay was smooth and all additional information and assistance was timely and effective. Social Atmosphere: no scheduled events, but there is plenty of social and public space to meet people, generally good vibes. Overall: one of the best hostels in China so far having stayed in 5 different hostels in China in 5 different cities for over 20 nights. I would recommend and would stay again.

They offer an airport shuttle but we were not able to catch the shuttle. We phoned the hotel from the airport but they hang up. However, despite this, it is walkable distance from Terminal 3 to the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. I recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries. From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁). An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

Very good, clean and tidy, the service staff is enthusiastic. I don't know how to use the TV projection screen, and the service staff went upstairs to adjust it directly. They also called to wake me up in the morning. The free airport delivery was also very punctual and smooth.

I usually stay at Boshe Hotel when I go to Xianyang on business trips, mainly because of its good location, right next to the ancient covered bridge, where you can take a walk at night, and the service is quite friendly and attentive. As a result, I was really disappointed this time because there was a large-scale construction nearby, and the traffic was very congested. The construction was even started in the middle of the night, so I couldn't rest well the whole night. The sound of pounding the ground didn't stop until 6 o'clock in the morning, which seriously affected my spirit the next day. Then, before 8 o'clock, they said they would go out at 8:30. The valet parking didn't bring the car until 8:30 because of the construction nearby. If the hotel knew which side was under construction, they should have arranged rooms on the other side for customers. I probably won't stay here again in the short term, because the scope of the construction doesn't look like it can be completed in half a year or a year.

Nearby to hotel and quick check in even we arrive after midnight lobby receptionist is efficient but breakfast needs to be improved as limited choice available with coffee not refilled and served cold even though still within breakfast timing.

We booked Orange Airport Hotel because we have early morning flight to catch. This is the first time we stayed in Orange hotel and was impressed by their hotel room design, amenities and services. The hotel provides free and quick shuttle service to & from Xi’an Xianyang Airport. Hotel room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Free self service laundry  (washing machine and dryer) provided though we didn’t need to use them this trip. The hotel offers simple supper at reasonable price (RMB 20) which is convenient to travellers.

The location of the hotel is very remote. It takes an hour for a takeaway order to be delivered. There is basically nothing to eat or do around. As an airport hotel, it is understandable that the price/performance ratio is acceptable. It would be a good stay experience, if it were not for the location. Question, I plan to live there forever. Facilities: Completely equipped with everything you need Hygiene: Overall clean and tidy. The toilet seat in the bathroom is not very clean. You can prepare a disposable toilet seat. Environment: The room is large and well-lit, and the bedding is changed after each guest. Service: Pretty good. Will take the initiative to say hello to guests when meeting them. Exclusive airport pick-up and drop-off service: Just call the hotel when you arrive and wait at the departure gate. The arrival speed is quite fast. Good night porridge: I didn’t drink it, but it seemed to end at 12 o’clock in the morning. However, the hotel’s breakfast is still worth eating. It has a rich variety, freshness, and good taste.

Guo Qingqing at the front desk is kind, good service, good attitude, especially warm, good service, like it. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, the room is clean and the facilities are complete, especially good.

What you want to know: bathrooms are effectively fancy squat style port a potties. They're up the hill just past the restaurant. Check in down the stairs from the food area at the window in the breezeway. Gentleman there was very helpful. For hot water in the morning, just push the flap aside and enter reception, it's just inside the door on the left. Yes the attendant is sleeping right there. Everyone does this before sunrise, so you're good. The restaurant workers were fairly cold toward us. If you intend to do the plank walk in the morning, for us in May, sunrise was at 530, we arrived at the plank walk entry at 625 before they open at 7, line was over 50 people long, we still waited 3.5 hours until we were on the walk. ENJOY.

Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Gomo Hotel truly enhanced my Mount Huashan experience, and I'm grateful for their support in making my trip memorable.

The owner is a very nice woman who helped me with the pick up to the foot of the Huashan mountain from where I started my way up. The room was clean and comfortable. The only trouble (as usually in China😬) was the old ladies horse-running along the corridor and screaming and shouting from 5-6 a.m. Probably, they were the hotel guests. One of them banging on the door of my room untill the security signal response, when it was still dark. When I opened the door, the lady seemed to get the wrong place, but she didn't even ask an excuse. As I understood, it is quite a normal practice 🤪 Anyway, I enjoyed my trip, and Huashan is really magestic!!!!

Though it is just a small hotel, they offer unbeleivable services. The hotel is located very near hua shan mountain. The owner drove us fort and back from hua shan mountain without xharging any money. In the very early morning when we must arrive at the high speed train staion, they drove us there again for free of charge. The owner worried we will be hungry so she boil the eggs for us to eat. I strongly recommned this hotel and you will have wonderful memory.

This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. She also upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room for free. There is a guest room with a return tour route. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Huayin City and is not far from anywhere. In addition to these, I need to thank the hotel a little bit! Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

Service from the heart. From picking us up from the train station, to helping us to sort out tickets for huashan; and also to even sending us to the tourist centre, to board the bus to transport us up the mountain. Best to ask them which route to take up the mountain, as they would be able to advise, based on how much of a climb you want. With their suggestion, we went by the easier West peak. In short, they have made all efforts to make our stay so pleasant, and as much as possible, a seamless one, when it comes to arranging things. They even had gone as far as sorting out transportation to Xi'an for us, and had even walked us through a few options. We took the room with the king-sized bed with the balcony on the second floor, which gives a good view of the mountain. Picture enclosed is the lovely view we got to the right of the balcony. The hotel is literally meters (a very short walk) from the first return stop, the mountain tour bus will make, on its return from the North Peak. A family-run business, with people who are genuine.

It is a relatively exquisite hotel. It is very comfortable to stay in and has complete facilities. There are robots to deliver things, washing machines and dryers, and temporary self-service luggage storage cabinets. It is very convenient for people like us who go out to play and reduces a lot of communication. It is necessary to travel to Huashan. I can't buy tickets during the holidays. The hotel helped me buy the tickets so that I didn't make the trip in vain. The restaurant lady's service was very good. She was always responsive to requests even if I went there late. The front desk service was super good, very patient and enthusiastic.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup. All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended! I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

The hotel is in a prime location, right at the foot of Mount Hua. You can see the scenery of Mount Hua from the room. The parking lot is spacious, suitable for novice parking and charging piles are available. It is within walking distance of the tourist center, which saves parking fees. You can also order a lot of takeout in the county, which is a good place for self-driving! The hotel public area is very large and there is a children's play area. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the details are superb. The bathroom is large and separated from wet and dry. After climbing the mountain, I also went to soak in the hot spring. The water temperature was just right and the water quality was clear and clean. Soaking in the hot spring, it was steaming hot, and the fatigue of climbing disappeared instantly. The overall check-in experience was very good, and the service was excellent. I especially praised the front desk lady, who was warm and thoughtful, checked in very quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities intimately. The check-in needs can also be met in the first time. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I climb Mount Hua!
