It’s very convenience to get into the hotel. The hotel offers free pick up from the tourist center. Staff can’t communicate in English but, no problem for using the Google translate. No deposit required. The hotel ask all guests to add WeChat for communicate while staying at the hotel. Our room quite large but, lots of dust all over the floor as there was a big construction behind our room. The hotel continued to built the new phases. There are lots of steps and quite a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room. The advantage for staying here, the hotel guest can enjoy taking photos before and after all the tourists gone. Variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Check in and check out quite quick and easy. The room rate is higher than the outside valley for triple but more convenience. Not much privacy as the hotel was one part of the valley, all the tourists can walk around the hotel too.

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.

Clean and comfortable bedroom. This hotel is about 1.3 km from Wang Xian Gu . The owner of this hotel is a very helpful young man. He helped us to get a shared car to pick us up from Shangrao railway station. He even offered himself to pick us up from Wang Xian Gu at night. The free breakfast provided was delicious even though it was just a bowl of noodles with meat and egg. We really appreciate their help and kindness. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, convenient location, river view room has magnificent view of Tao Jiang, good housekeeping, helpful staff, delicious tea at lobby.. Very good breakfast with large selection. Convenient laundry facility. Excellent banquet food. My only suggestion is to enforce the non-smoking policy in public areas and in non-smoking rooms because the smoking smell stays.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

The hotel service is very considerate. The housekeeper contacted us in advance to teach us how to get there and helped us with our luggage. It was really heartwarming. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The air conditioning was very powerful in winter. They also gave us a battery card. The scenery was also very good. It took three hours to drive 20 kilometers. There are traffic lights on the national highway, and the green light is only ten seconds. The cars are stuck and can't get through. It's too bad! It was nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived. There are some stairs to check in. The room facilities are a bit old. The breakfast is very chaotic. Many empty plates are not added. No one collects the garbage on the table. The management is sparse. I will not go again. One experience is enough.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

Great location - nice ambiance. Enjoyed specifically the restaurant. Great personnel and special thanks to the chef who although after 9pm the restaurant had closed for the accepted us for dinner. The dishes were of very high quality - Rooms are very spacious and the equipment of excellent standard and the garden/mountain view magnificent. There are however visible stains and marks on the carpets. It would be great to restore them clean! Overall it was a fantastic stay and will visit the place again with family!

Hotel is located within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants. Rooms are well furnished, feels clean and spacious, looks fresh and new. Air-conditioning was good. Overall the hotel gave a relaxed ambience. We stayed in the executive rooms, welcome fruits were pleasantly presented and had access to the executive lounge. It was a very comfortable stay.

Family of 6 with 2 children and a young baby. The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage. We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort. The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up. On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's. A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about. By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open. It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.

The most worthwhile stay during the Chinese New Year. The room was very good and of five-star standard. We were given scenic spot tickets when we checked in, and were given a free upgrade. The hotel breakfast was very rich, with a variety of Wuyuan snacks, and the dinner set was also very affordable. The service provided by the front desk lady Xiao Liu and Xiao Wen was very good!

To be honest, the service is remarkable. They gave us snacks when we checked in for the first time, which was very considerate. Although there were some minor incidents during the process, the merchant was very proactive in handling them, which gave us a very heartwarming feeling as tourists from other places. Nice and comfortable. Sometimes being a westerner in China it is a little hard, but this hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, especially the coffee.

Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

The room was very nice, with a great view on the 21st floor. It was very clean and very close to Bayi Square. It only took a short ride on a shared electric bike to get there. 地理位置不是很好找，卻是藏在山腳下的寶藏酒店，酒店目前看的出來人不是很多，應該是剛剛過完年的緣故。進入大堂就暖洋洋的，前台管家是一個小姑娘，眼睛大大的很熱情，她帶領我們到房間做了詳細的介紹，房間內配備齊全，舒適寬敞，房間裏有免費的迷你吧，而且還有我很愛的掛耳咖啡，這一點很贊，咖啡味道柔和，有手沖壺在旁邊，真的是絕配，床墊非常舒服，非常貼合腰部，床上的乳膠枕也很舒服。目前景德鎮的天氣濕漉漉的，房間有地暖，正好與濕氣較重的天氣產生了融合，不幹不濕，皮膚感覺剛剛好。第二天的早餐着實很贊，中西結合，營養豐盛，尤其西餐裏的那個三明治很不錯，這種套餐形式的早餐我還是很喜歡的！酒店別有洞天，一步一景，有很多適合拍照打卡的地方，臨走時前台的管家送我一個伴手禮，是景德鎮的特色陶瓷，我很喜歡，等到了夏天我一定還會來體驗！
