The train station is beside hotel,very convenient. There is convenience shop nearby also. The room is consider big! We booked a room for 3 pax, there is still large space for us to walk and put luggage. The shower and toilet bowl area is separated, so when you use toilet bowl area it is dry. A very nice design. The vanity area to dress up is very large also. Love the big space that given. Great thing about this hotel, it has Starbucks in their building! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here.

Great stay with strategic location. Walking distance to shih lin night market and jian tan station. Even have free spa for ladies in the hotel. Would definitely visit again!

Staying with mom and grandmother, 60s and 80s. They enjoyed the sauna, and swimming pool, and were so satisfied with the breakfast. The location is a bit of the middle of nowhere but it didn't matter bc we called Uber all the time. They provide a shuttle bus but never used it. One suggestion for a triple room, it would be good to set up a table for tea or chat. Such a huge space but only a chair to seat. Also, I am wondering which brand is the shampoo and body wash in the room. It is so nice ;-) Staffs were all kind and smiled 😊 Thank you for caring.

Very nice and cozy environment to spend a weekend with friends from overseas, hotel greeting, check-in check-out service and room maintenance are all excellent. The Chinese Restaurant at the 2nd floor has lots of very delicious dishes with very good table service too. Thank you for your friendly service!

The location is great! 5mins walking distance from subway.  It will better if they can change the shower head. The restaurant BaHo is high quality!

Location is great, located in between Formosa Boulevard Station and Kaohsiung station. It's within walkable distance to Liouhe Nightmarket. You can get around the city by Youbike which is very convenient. The staffs were not very friendly but they did their job. Breakfast was not good so I didn't go on my second morning but just to have a coffee. The hotel is clean, it is just quite old, but the room is very spacious.

I didn't see many foreign guests, just one couple. It is a popular hotel. If you want to stay there, consider yourself lucky. I love that they had a decent breakfast. I read some of the other places don't provide a great breakfast with many vegetarian items if you're a vegetarian or want to eat very healthy, and I liked their honey and homemade black sesame paste you could put on the toast. You also can have free access to the public spa which you should definitely take advantage of. Don't just confine yourself to the great spa type bath you can get from your own bath. I loved how the spa was so close to the King's Garden hotel, which does remind one of a garden. I stayed in two different rooms. For my last night, I had to stay in an expensive room because it was ***** New Year, and I needed one more night. It was very comfortable, though the regular room was more than good enough. The service was great. The people were kind. They also kindly called a taxi for me to go to the station, though it can take the taxi 40 minutes to drive, so plan accordingly. I would definitely go back. I spent about two hours in the public spa nearby two days in a row. The earlier you can go, the better. And take your time, drink plenty of water, get out slowly of the water.

The hotel gives us comfortable beds to take a deep sleep, delicious breakfast to eat, and peaceful atmosphere to stay. It’s a place where we would stay next time.

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

I am a passenger who has to be quarantined for 14 days when I stayed in 1/6 in 2022. Today is 1/8. I have reflected the problem that the second Wifi will be disconnected, but it has not improved. Because the office is still needed during the quarantine period and needs to contact the manufacturer and the company. Can I help improve it? Thank you!

We stayed here on the last day before coming back home. Staffs were really nice and friendly. The rooms looked like as we expected from the photos. The rooms need abit of renovation. Alot of stuffs are abit old. Some switches are broken. We still had a very good time with the hot spring bath.

1) sulphur springs smell like sulfur 2) it’s musty in part of it (it’s a hot springs hotel) 3) it’s in an area with a lot of hot springs 4) it’s 20 minute walk from city center 5) breakfast buffet kinda sucks 6) the private sulfur bath tubs when using the sulfur option is really sulfur but you can dilute it with normal water 7) it has public sulfur hot springs at the facility 8) rooms can be cute but sulfur bath smells like sulfur 9) if you are going to be there for one day : I recommend coming early . We arrived at night and really didn’t get to enjoy the city or facilities as much as we should have. 10) if you want to experience hot springs there are also public options without getting a hotel room at one of these resorts 11) probably check out the beitou museum up the street for their set meal cuz it’s cute. 12) I wish I had dipped in the sulfur baths more : it really smoothes the skin . I didn’t because I came in the evening

I have a great time staying at YOUR hotel during the 2-week quarantine required by Taiwan government. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. Meals are delicious and various. The bonus is the free delivery service of yummy food at night market downstairs. Room amenities are sufficient and the room is spotless clean. Highly recommend!

Super conveniently located, directly above Taipei Main Station which gives great access to the Tamsui-Xinyi Line, as well as the Bannan Line. There was also the vast Taipei Underground mall that leads to many locations, like Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Station, and Breeze Taipei Station, so one is never bored and there are places to go even in inclement weather. As for the hotel itself, let's just say it DEFINITELY has its charms. The décor is quaint and aged, and the room definitely is showing it's age, but the aesthetic was not necessarily a negative. It's just a certain kind of charm that takes awhile 2 appreciate. Age and décor aside, the hotel totally makes it up with it's service. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. From the front desk, concierge, down to the wait staff at the breakfast restaurant, we were treated very warmly. As for the negative, the air-conditioning is actually central and when we checked in, our room aircon was not cold and was rather warm, turns out that the filter was very dirty and not well-maintained, but kudos to the maintenance staff who was quick and efficient in trying to rectify the issue. Throughout our stay though, the aircon still had its ups and downs, but that is what was to be expected from a central aircon system I guess. Overall, very much recommended for its location and service.

I was looking for a hotel suite on election night in Taiwan. I called many five-star hotels and got very indifferent service. Among them, Grand Hyatt even hung up my phone (maybe accidentally). Finally, I called Yadu Lizhi, and their phone service made people feel warm and trustworthy. After entering the stay, the service from check in to room service was very satisfactory, and they took the initiative to provide more free bottled water for my three children. Although the decoration of the room and restaurant is no longer novel and a bit old-fashioned, the quality is very good, and even the softness of the pillow is satisfactory. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, the music is very particular, although the buffet breakfast is not much, it still makes us have a pleasant Sunday morning. The only thing that is crippling is the air conditioner. I adjusted it a few times and I still feel bored. After all, it is a bit old hotel. But because the price is reasonable, I have no complaints.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We took the hotel 10-seater van (after breakfast) and small bus (after dinner) down to the city twice to tour the city and visit the hot spot tourist traps. We walked down to the nearby convenience store the first night to stock up on drinks (recommended). We tried the in-room hot spot twice as well as the public in-door hot spot once. We also tried the a la carte (recommended) as well as the set course meal (over priced) at the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet is decent. Finally, we swam at the pool (right next to the public in-door hot spot) and tried the Mario cart-like racing and zombie killing VR games (free for one play each hotel guest per day). The hotel staff are courteous and professional, and their smiles are very welcome. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day.

Convenient location, with Nike and other outlet shops, different types of food along the street. However, hotel is a little bit old and old style if you don’t mind, you can hear the air con, pipes or the sound of the next room at night, so if you are “lucky” to get one of these rooms, try to ask for another one. Be aware not to open the window, there’s mosquitoes to annoy you whole night. Remember to get mosquito repellent at the convenient store nearby. Breakfast include vegetarian selection with buffet style, eat all you want. **********************************************************

this hotel has a very nice location. walking distance to the night market and so many restaurants close by. the best beef noodle shop is across the street. we ordered twice there. the hotel has a car park, which is very nice. first time taking an elevator to the car park. the staff are very friendly.

We drove by ourselves, without any itinerary, and slept until we woke up naturally the next day. Basically, if you are just looking for a place to live, it is actually very satisfying and happy to be able to live in such a spacious room with such new equipment at such a price. And the view from the room is really good. The hotel's public facilities include a gym, a game room, a soup house... I also really like the jungle style created by the hotel. Although there are not many breakfast styles, the restaurant atmosphere is very comfortable and the meal is very enjoyable. It is suitable for people who have a simple and exquisite breakfast. Of course, the hotel is not 100% perfect, and there are still some details that can be strengthened and improved.

Repeat stay at this hotel, with reliable reputation, excellent location close to TaiChung train station, clean rooms and outstanding team of staff here :) One of my friends was quietly celebrating birthday during stay, but the team noticed the birthdate on passport during check-in and surprised the group with a cake and a personalised greeting card. Booked through Ctrip's new user discount, the VIP king room is priced at 3061 per night on weekdays. The hotel is located on Taiwan Avenue, which is a traffic artery in Taichung City. It is very convenient. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Fengjia Tourist Night Market. The room is decorated in a classic style. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and I find it comfortable and easy to sleep in. The swimming pool saunas are open, and reservations are required before using the saunas. The breakfast menu is rich, including Taichung's special fried noodles with Dongquan chili sauce. The freshly squeezed juice is delicious. My boyfriend who lives with me also likes the breakfast dishes. Evergreen Laurel Hotel Taichung is considered a five-star hotel with a high CP value in Taiwan. Although the building and equipment have a sense of age, they feel that they have been carefully maintained. I will visit again next time I come to Taichung!

Generally good hotel. Very good breakfast with choices of food. The only thing which was not good for us is the bathroom. We booked a quadruple room. The floor of the bathroom would be wet after taking the shower and hence the cloth for drying the feet had to place outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for us.

Location is quite a distance from the city centre. Need to walk 10-15min to find local shops and eateries. Just across the hotel got a good-size supermarket. Bought local fruits for breakfast. No malls, night markets or shopping areas nearby. Room is spacious but rather old that needs upgrading. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but selection rather limited. No yogurt and limited selection of fruits. Overall a reasonable good stay.

The room is very comfortable and the view of city is excellent. The location is excellent with a lot of shopping locations around. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. The corridor carpet is smelly (strong smell of drainage pipe problem).

This hotel is quite far away from the taichung HSR. As the busses in Taichung are unpredictable, this makes it difficult to accurately plan your schedule so you must give enough allowance. The bed is nice and comfortable and walking distance to Fengjia night market. Shampoo and body wash come together in one bottle while conditioner is separate. They will help you store your luggage if you come before 4pm (check in time). Overall, considering the price, we will stay in this hotel again:)

A very basic hotel. Towels given a bit old. Not very near to fengjia night market,need to walk like about 10 mins plus. The bed not very comfortable. The building a bit shakey when tremors comes. My friend in another hotel nearby doesn't feel it.

Booked this hotel thinking it’s a hot spring hotel and read the reviews saying the breakfast is very good, hence was willing to pay more for this booking. But after 2 nights stay there, sadly to say that the tub is just normal water and not hot spring, and the breakfast was nothing wow. However i would highlight that the vegetarian options are not bad, can let the staff know and there’s a separate menu (3 dishes; soup, radish cake, and stir fried noodles). Do note that if you’re staying over the weekends, you’ll need to choose a slot (2 slots iirc) for breakfast which kind of disrupted our plans. Overall the stay was pleasant.

We stayed one Saturday night in early Dec. It was super crowded in the area and all parking slots were taken (a very small parking lot) so we had to park at a paid lot across the street after waiting for a slot to become available there. Slow elevator. The room is clean with private hot spring bath. Excellent location with many shops, restaurants, and public hot spring places (ever heard of hot spring fish?) No free breakfast but plenty of options nearby.

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

Best stay in Jiao Xi this far. Hotel is very clean and spacious, breakfast has wide variety too. Many food stalls nearby within a few minutes walk. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

溫泉鄉礁溪最新飯店登場，究竟剛開幕時一切服務設備是否有上手，讓我們來嚴格督導一番！ /Check-in/ 建築外觀在礁溪市區算是新穎大器，但打開門後看到的大廳有點失去氣勢，直接看到一面沒有佈置的牆，左轉是櫃檯，右轉是咖啡座。 也許可以考慮一下視線所及之處要如何讓顧客有進入渡假場域的轉換感。 但辦理入住的區域有迎賓飲料、迎賓蜜餞可以享用，蜜餞口味豐富，這點讓人非常滿意。 /房型/ 風詠居雙人房 易遊網一泊二食6300 這是面山的房型，室內空間非常寬敞，甚至還有一個超大陽台可以泡澡。浴池容納四個人坐浴沒問題，陽台還有沖澡的設備。 但如果陽台沖澡區也可以放置沐浴乳、洗髮精就更好了，這樣兩人同時想洗澡也不用搶浴室。 寬敞的室內空間讓居住期間的身心都相當舒暢，床舖好睡、電視好大。 感謝易遊網特案，價格相當划算。 /餐食/ ＜晚餐＞ 一泊二食內容包含雙人火鍋套餐，由於礁溪有相當多美食，下午一個不慎就吃到晚餐吃不下。 而這個晚餐是有誠意的火鍋加自助吧，甚至有冰淇淋可以挖，但我全部吃不下。 以特案全包式的價格來說，我覺得晚餐內容相當有誠意，但如果要用單點的價格消費，以肉質來說，可能有點花不下去。所以看現場坐不到四桌的用餐狀況，就知道還有改進空間。 ＜早餐＞ 早餐的品項不多，但有現做品項，也可以沖牛肉湯喝，整體用餐體驗近似於蘇澳煙波雙泉。 現在餐檯的越南女士妝髮精緻、兢兢業業，做的粉漿蛋餅很美味。非常感謝她帶給我們一個美好的早晨。 /飯店設施/ ＜健身房、泳池、三溫暖＞ 健身房在頂樓，極度迷你，可以當作老人復健區看待。 泳池在一樓也不大，就當作是泡水池。 最讓我驚訝的是戶外大眾溫泉池，需要配戴泳帽才能下水，第一次聽到泡溫泉要帶泳帽，可能是我孤陋寡聞，也可能是飯店異想天開覺得有人會在四十幾度的水池裡面游泳。 儘管如此，還是要讚美水池的設計，洄游式的區隔設計能讓害羞的人有容身之處稍微遮掩一下，不用面臨在超大的溫泉池內相識尷尬。 /心得/ 礁溪風華在中價位這塊市場競爭，一泊一食若能壓在平日五千、假日七千以下，將能在礁溪脫穎而出。 畢竟礁溪的住宿價格居高不下，堪稱全台均價最高溫泉區，這都拜雪隧為礁溪帶來大量財力驚人的天龍旅客所賜。若以消費者的角度做考量，礁溪的遊客是進來了、房價卻也衝高了。 在高價溫泉住宿市場內，競爭已不在礁溪範圍，而是整個亞洲航程三小時內的溫泉城市。 畢竟我不塞車也要兩個小時才能從台北市區到礁溪，若塞車則四個小時以上都有可能。 整個溫泉區的競爭力有沒有持續提升，遊客花一樣的錢是不是一定要到礁溪消費，我覺得業者要好好思考。 #礁溪 #礁溪溫泉 #礁溪住宿 #礁溪風華

Location: Very close to the train station, within walking distance. Also close to the parks and public hot springs. Staff: The staff were friendly, and kept our luggage stored when we checked out. Since I only spoke to them in my terribly broken Mandarin, I don't know how many staff could speak English for foreigners. Room: Very clean, A/C works very well and isn't too noisy. The bed was large and comfortable. There was water, and tea and coffee - I forgot to look in the fridge. Bathroom: Most hotels in Jiaoxi have hot spring bathtubs, and so does VASTY. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, flip-flops, slippers and bathrobes. The bath was lovely. Shower did make the entire floor wet, but not slippery. Other amenities: The rooftop pools (x2) are small, heated to a comfortably warm temperature, and clean enough. There are loungers and chairs. There was a family with two young children playing in one of the pools and taking photos, very cute. Free water, towels and cans of Coca Cola upstairs too! Breakfast: Buffet style with mostly Asian food, but plenty of choice to help oneself to meats, breads, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, milk and juices. We went downstairs for breakfast at around 9am and had to wait for a few minutes, as there were no tables available. Overall, we had a wonderful one night getaway in Jiaoxi, and would stay at VASTY again.

Location is very good, with shops and eateries nearby. Hotel room is clean, spacious too. With free flow of coffee at the lobby. Love the vegetarian breakfast. The only setback is, there is only one lift in the building. Me and my family waited for quite sometime for the lift upon check out.

The room is relatively humid and the wallpaper is moldy. It is recommended that the operator replace it. The bathtub is large and the space is quite good. It won't be crowded if two people can take a bath together. There is a breakfast coupon with Mos Burger, which can also be exchanged for afternoon tea. The overall feeling is okay

The hotel service is very good. Because my baby fell asleep, the hotel front desk staff very considerately asked me to late check out. The hotel has a large children's playroom where you can play with trains and racing cars from 2pm to 4:30pm every day. Your baby will have a lot of fun! 

The location is about 8-10 minutes' drive from Yilan Railway Station, which is very convenient. Compared to the X-ying Hotel, it is quieter here. The nearest convenience store is a 12-minute walk away. Most of the people living nearby are residents, so it is less noisy. It is a different kind of experience, which is quite nice. You have to be mentally prepared to gain weight when you stay here 😂 The breakfast is super rich, four-star, but I think it is not inferior to other five-stars. There are both Chinese and Western food, and there are also some authentic ********* food and desserts. I will stay here The main reason is that breakfast is not available until 1pm‼ ️ I misunderstood it at first, but later I confirmed that it was true🤣 There will also be free snacks and late night snacks from 20:30-22:30😱 It is also very convenient to order Ubereats here. We didn’t rent a car or drive our own car during this trip. We mainly wanted to take a quick stroll around the area. We can reach places within 15 minutes by car. Calculating the transportation cost for three days and two nights, taking a taxi is more cost-effective than renting a car. Next time I want to go to a more suburban area, taxis may not be suitable. 🛏️ Room facilities: Staying in a family room for four people ⚠️ What I find more inconvenient is that there is no wardrobe in the room 😵💫 Although I don’t know if it is a must-have in every hotel, but there is no weighing machine, which I thought was inconvenient at first, but it seems to be able to escape reality temporarily. 🤣 Checkout is convenient. You don’t need to go to the counter. If you don’t order anything else, you can just throw your room card in the box and leave. The room service is very efficient 24 hours a day. The hotel staff are kind and friendly. I will come back again👍🏻
