Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend for travelers to Guilin. The location is excellent, close to many sights and the festive night food street is right outside the hotel. Cleanliness is a 10/10, service 10/10. The rooftop area where breakfast is served was so refreshing to be at. Food was good, atmosphere 11/10! The front desk accommodated all our needs including providing a curling iron to use when mine couldn’t work. Thank you. Loved the robot .. made me smile everytime. Super clean, super hotel and room design. Front desk staff so welcoming and friendly. Thank you!! (Only improvement could be to add a mini-fridge in room to make 11/10. But the hotel was amazing that it even had a laundry room with a washer AND dryer to use for free! Very thoughtful!)

Also very good services from the staff, they are all very conversational and kind. Probably one of the best vibes from the staff in any hotel I visited. The breakfast was also really good, do give their noodle (mǐ xiàn) a try ☺️ while the corners of the toilet in the room I stayed in were a bit grimy, it’s not a deal breaker for me. It also comes with afternoon tea on the rooftop cafe which offers breathtaking views. It’s also within walking distance to the western street (xī jiē). Highly recommend 👌🏽

Excellent 2 nights stay for my family of 4 adults in Family Room (Riverview with 3 beds). Room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. All the staff (front office & housekeeping) was very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Loved the level 9 rooftop superb views too! Good hotel location and is within 15mins walk to West Street. Overall Miaoqihuan Hotel provides amazing accommodation and excellent services in a convenient location!

The housekeeping lady even went above and beyond to wipe some dirt off our luggage and left us extra water. Sam also left us a small departure gift which was very thoughtful. Location was very convenient — walking distance from West Street but without the noise and crowds. Cars are not allowed on the street from 12-4 daily, but this didn't cause us any trouble at all.

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Location is near to everything. Walking distance. Especially at night, so many food stalls. Nearby a foodcourt also. Room wise, basic. But all the toiletries given. The reception counter is extremely helpful. I was trying to buy a luggage scale but failed miserably. No meituan app, ended up the staff help us to weight our luggage at their kitchen 😅😅 well its works. Cos we have early flight on the next day. Jolin & Ella are friendly staff and even hand us a bag of snacks to eat at airport. Thanks!

We had a decent stay in the family room of this hotel. It was located close to the busy part of the city center and right next to the park with the pagoda. We had bunkbeds for the kids in a separate part of the room. The bunkbeds were super firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was small and limited in choice. However, the room was clean and the hotel staff were nice. Since we only stayed one night, the negatives were not a big deal. 

We stayed for two nights in the family room. The room was large (with a separate sitting area) and very clean. Location was excellent, walking distance to the sun and moon twin towers and plenty of eateries around. The hotel has washing machines and dryers on site free of charge. Breakfast range was very good for a hotel this size.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

Excellent experience! Very nice staff, very very clean, fully equipped. No smoke of cigarettes, the hotel actually smelled very nicely and fresh. The rooms are clean and completely new. Front desk lady helped us a lot with getting transported! Highly recommend! The beds are a bit hard but that's the standard in China, they're very comfortable still and new. So it's just their preference I assume. Loved the M60 Plus toilet !

The location of the hotel is really 5 out of 5!! It's close to many activities you look forward to having. The room was big and bright, and the staff was so helpful!! They make you feel welcomed and even if there was a language barrier, translating apps worked just ok. They also helped me book my helicopter ride and hot air balloon ride tickets. And of course the view 🪟😍

The location is good depending on what aspects you’re looking for. If you’re in it for the views, this is a 10/10, if you want walking distance to convenient places like the restaurants and shopping then it is not the place since you need to order a taxi to get there. But the views is what made me book the room and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Taking a bath there with a view was also very nice. The staff was also very nice.

This is a very nice hotel, clean and new. Shortcomings are that the location is on top of the high place in the small alley and there is no car/ vehicle allowed to go into the hotel. Try to minimise your luggage as you will have to walk a long distance from the station to the hotel. Even we tried to ask the hotel if they can use an electric motorcycle to help to send our luggages out but it wasn't possible. So it was a bit of a hectic to go in and out with big luggages

I’m traveling with my family and booked a Family Room. The room is great and clean. If I need more amenities, they give it to me immediately. The hotel location is great. If I go out, there’s a lot of food outside near hotel. The staff are friendly and nice, they try to communicate with me using translator because I cannot speak Chinese. Huge respect, especially to Shuilin & Shuiying sister in front desk, they were a huge help. The hotel view is great, I can see the Lijiang River, the view is amazing!! Also free laundry service, we can wash and dry our clothes, they even have the detergent and softener. They also have infused water at the lobby which is nice because the weather was very hot. And they have free ice cream too!

A great location for concert going peoples, not far from nanning sports stadium, infavt you can walk over easily. I had a river view which jad an amazing view of the mountain and skyscrapers of nanning, beautiful sunset and sunrise. The only drawback of this hotel my room when i go back after being out smells of sewers, i think the hotel needs to loom into that, room 4203.

衞生還行，不過發現了幾根長頭髮， 房間挺寬的，地毯也很軟，設施方面挺好，環境也不錯，附近吃的不多，商業區，下班後人很少。 需要吐槽的是平台顯示有延遲到三點退房的，結果問了前台説是平台給的，不是酒店給的，需要問平台，這我就有點不理解了，平台不是跟酒店合作嘛，需要顧客去問平台？不應該是酒店跟平台説嘛？既然沒有，那就反饋給平台下架該項目，這個答覆讓我不能理解。

Overall our staying in the hotel was perfect! The room was nice and clean and they cleaned it every single day. It was not noisy at all so we were able to have a really good sleep. We had a good wi-fi, TV and a sofa next to the window to enjoy city view. The staff is extremely polite and they helped us to find certain sightseeing sports in the city and call a taxi for us. We also got a free breakfast although we didn't pay for it. By the way, there is no fridge in the room (if that matters to you).

Come to listen to Deng Ziqi concert, very close to the performance gymnasium, walking is very convenient, there are many roadside stalls after the performance to solve the nightingale, so convenient. The restaurants around the hotel are a little less, you need to go a long way to IKEA to eat, usually no performance will not come here, a bit remote. Facilities: The Western Gym restaurant is well-equipped. The gym is spacious, but there are only two machines. A spinning bike should be added. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, cleaned in time, the supplies are of high quality and comfortable to use. Environment: The hotel is on a high floor, the environment is very quiet, there are large shopping malls around, there are small shops and bus stops downstairs, the subway station is downstairs, and there is a bus stop downstairs to the East Station and Nanning Station. The location is very good, just a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance. The front desk is on the 20th floor and the rooms are on the lower floor. You have to swipe your card to go upstairs, but I don’t know how the delivery boy got upstairs. A little strange. Although it is located next to a road in a busy city, the sound insulation effect of the exterior wall is very good. The sound insulation effect of the interior wall is very average. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of elevator repairs or something else. The room is very small. It's fine for one person. But it might be a bit crowded for two people. If you want to be more comfortable, I suggest you change to a larger one. The sanitary conditions are average. I brought my own sheets and quilt, so I didn't pay too much attention to the details. The waiters will do simple cleaning every day (changing garbage bags, replenishing water, cleaning toilets) without changing bed sheets and quilt covers. The ventilation conditions are not good, and there is always a smell of old friends. Maybe the whole city smells like this... Overall, it’s all in vain.

The plane arrived in Nanning at 9 o'clock in the evening, so I stayed near the airport for one night. This hotel is cost-effective near the airport, and the buffet breakfast is good. Although it is close to the airport, there is no noise. It is close to the highway and convenient to go to Qingxiu Mountain in Nanning the next day.

This hotel is really amazing. For the price, it is really great. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very high-end. It is not comparable to those express hotels. It is amazing for more than 200 yuan a night. It is very close to Sanjieliangxiang. It is just right to walk back after visiting the night market. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of fresh fruits! In short, it is highly recommended. It feels better than the 400 or 500 yuan I stayed in before.

I made a very last-minute reservation at this hotel on the train and told the customer service to arrange a quiet and clean room. As a budget hotel, it did a great job. From personal experience, the only thing that needs improvement is the garment ironing machine in the self-service laundry room. I hope there is a little guide on how to use the ironing board😅. After researching for a long time, I didn’t know if it was the right one to use, so I asked the lady at the hotel. I wasn’t very sure, so I asked a staff member for help. She wasn’t sure, but just guessed that it was used that way. In the end, I didn’t know if it was used correctly, so I just finished ironing it, hahaha.
