Cecilia is like a home where your family members are always happy to see you. Workers are so shining and helpful. The location is good. No noice. Breakfast included. I will visit it again inshallah.

I wish I had found this hostel before two terrible tries with a filthy Airbnb and a small hotel with a scam artist receptionist. I’ll be back here. The rooftop location is cool and it has real hostel vibes with a guitar and area to hang out, which people do. Offers tours, which are a little overpriced but the convenience of them organizing everything so you can just relax is worth it. I mean, spending hours to find something $20 cheaper isn’t worth it to me. They’ll wash your clothes, hallelujah! I saw them helping a younger guy without a smart phone, to call Ubers for him so he wouldn’t get scammed by taxis … all around great experience with helpful staff.

Thank you so much for your hard working and I feel so comfortable and kind. I love the decoration of room，it looks like I am living in a palace. One night I wanted to go for music comedy and needed to print the ticket， the staff helped without any hesitation. If you visit Vienna，here is a good place for stay which has good location and service！

The location is good as the station, museum and main street are close, but the entrance to the hotel is difficult to understand. It is on a lonely street. Go up to the 13th floor and check in. There was no cooler. The kettle was borrowed. It was written that there was a bathtub, but there was no plug and hot water could not be stored. It is a hotel with a season, but breakfast is served and the staff was good, so I think it's okay if I think about the price.

It's really clean, probably because it's just opened. Good, good, good.

I booked a private room but ended up with a room with 5 beds lol. Please understand that this is a hostel for backpackers. It was clean and the air conditioning worked without any problems. The shared toilets and showers were average. I can't really say it was worth the price.

This hostel has a good location and I would say that it is pretty walkable in the early morning and very late at night but the walking infrastructure is not the best in Cairo. Mid day the traffic makes it very tricky to walk around even though there are many good restaurants and attractions nearby. Finding it is a little tricky but it is down an alley that doesn't allow cards and it is located on floor 2 of an older building. There is an elevator but all doors and gates need to be closed in order for it to work and we found guests at the hostel weren't good at closing after themselves. The staff are very kind and welcoming but we got a bit hung up on the payment. We booked on Trip with the ”Pay at the Hotel” option for 3100 Egyptian pounds for three nights in a private room but they were asking for 3600 when we were checking in. After a little back and forth they let us check in and gave us the keys so we could rest and wait for the manager's answer. The manager said no to our booked rate, we were told we booked on Expedia and we now had to pay 3900 Egyptian pounds. I'm at a loss of words for this discrepancy between Trip and the hostel but there weren't better deals in the area we wanted to stay and we very reluctantly paid. The room was just a place to sleep with a box to the side where our shower and toilet were. The box had no ceiling or ventilation so there were smells throughout the room from the drains. The beds were comfy but were not completely clean when we arrived - there was hairs in the bed sheets. The room cleanliness overall could have been better. The area is quiet at night and we got a good night's rest to spend our days exploring Cairo. The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much room to eat in the common areas during our stay so we asked for breakfast in our room during our stay. We had a simple breakfast with a fried egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, banana, tea/coffee and Arabic bread. It is enough to get you through until lunch and is served starting at 8 pm. There is a convenience store close by that offers fairly priced snacks and drinks which you might want to seek out because they do not provide water at this hostel. We hope this property improves because it seems like it used to be really good and the location is good as well.

The location is very good. Located in Jiefang Square, the staff are very friendly, the decoration is also very good, the breakfast is great!
